1.To announce a second skew that has a system that doesn't come with a Kinect 2.0.
2. Drop their rumored used game policy and leave it how it currently is.
3. Drop the DRM intrusive game installs and required internet checks.
Do that and I might "shut up".
If it can be turned off then it should be able to be unplugged and/or not used at all.
The box doesn't need to ship with it as all it will do is add $100+ to the overall cost OR if you are going to add it then have two skews, one with, one without and let it be my choice if I want to be spied on or not.

Wow, So the ONE reveal could quite possibly be hurting the 360 too, M$ has dug themselves a hole they may not be able to get out of.
I love my 360 but there is no way I'll be getting a XBone.
Sony may also reveal that they may not do used games as well but my bigger concern with the ONE is the always on Kinect that is an invasion of privacy.
