Where is the bundle WITHOUT Kinect. ;)
Well said Sir.
They could have come out with 100 truly Amazing games but as long as the console has a surveillance system hooked to it and has a $#!tty used/rented/borrowed policy I'm not interested.
And see I wasn't all that impressed with it.
Setting the QTE's and the scripted events aside
It started of looking really nice, the close up of the Commander looked awesome but as the camera pulled back the world lost more and more texture, the stone slabs beneath his feet looked plastic, the beach they ran up on looked plastic and didn't leave a single footprint, IMO it didn't look any better than some of the best looking games we have now. ...
@Godmars290
I know the 360 games won't play on the ONE and vice versa, what I mean by interchangeable is...
I currently have 101,705 in Gamer score on my 360, IF I buy a One will it reflect that on day one or will it start from Zero OR will I have an Xbox 360 GS AND an Xbox One GS viewable by either console?
Same with my M$ points, I currently have 10,300 M$ points, will I be able to use them on the ONE or are they tied to my 360?
500 bones for a living-room surveillance system, pass.
Make a Kinect free $400.00 skew and I might think about it.
Same here the only thing that impressed the heck out of me was Titainfall, everything else to me was just Meh and didn't look any better than the stuff we are currently playing.
For me every time they announced something all it did was give me questions.
1. We are going to give 2 away 2 free games a month.
Q: will that program end when the Xbox one is in place?
If not
Q:Will the free games also be on the One platform?
Was it just me or were there WAAAY too many Zombies?
I mean yeas it was impressive that many could be on the screen at once but I don't want to feel like I'm on the run the entire game either.
Title says it all, thanks.
Not true, they sold the copies to be rented.
Redbox,Gamefly or whoever rents a game just doesn't magically get copies of the game out of thin air.
VERY interesting concept.
@360degrees, I have no problem supporting a publisher.
When they make a game I absolutely have to have I buy it day one and when they make DLC worthy of having I buy it as soon as it's available and when they make it with high re-playability values 9 1/2 times out of 10 I keep the game.
That said if they make crap game after crap game with 5 hour campaigns, tacked on Mp and want to rip me off with their season passes they will find me/us supporting them l...
Since May 21 and beyond every time M$ opens their mouths I cringe more and become less and less interested in their vision of Next Gen.
At this point I don't care if they announce 100 Kinect free exclusives at E3, I'm just not interested.
Exactly, Francis is a character among many others this guy does.
@medman Same here, I have a 360, PS3, PC and access to a Wii via my GF, I have plenty to play for years to come.
Maybe by the time I'm ready to move to next Gen, Devs, pubs, distributors and the like will pull their heads out of their @sses, If not I'll just retro game or find another intrest.
This guy cracks me up.
The "I won't have anyone" part of my comment pretty much covers that.
I have some questions about this 24 hour clock.
Is it constantly pinging the net when it not on? If not then let me paint a scenario.
I don't turn the box on for 30 hours and when I go to do so I don't have a internet connection that means my box is dead now until the connection restores?
No one sees a problem with that?
I'll tell you, I work in the telecommunications industry and the more things move to VoIP and ...
This might be M$'s vision of Next Gen gaming but it's not mine.
I won't have anyone dictating to me how I play the games that I buy or what I do with them afterwards and I won't have anyone forcing "options" on me that I flat out don't want or will never use.
I will not be dragged kicking and screaming I quite simply just will not participate.
Not true, each year someone in my family buys Turbotax and we all use it, on the year that I buy it after we all use it I sell it on E-bay or craigslist for half what I paid for it.
The others in my family have done the same.
AND it doesn't have a surveillance system that is forced on you.
Game over man, game over!!
