I actually talked with a GS store manager today and he said GS is not at all happy with M$ right now, he said GS is in talks with M$ right now because they sell 66% of the big 3's merchandise, places like Walmart, Best Buy, Target and so on sell the other 34% so he was saying they have some pull.
He didn't come right out and say it but if M$ doesn't play ball they may not carry any XBone merchandise.
Great tips, Thanks!!
Same here.

What is the difference if it's every hour or every 24?
If you don't have internet then you don't have internet, without internet all you have is a blu-ray player.
I hope so.
Some of the things I'm hoping for Next Gen are
1. Better Graphics.
Make cloth look like cloth, make hair look like hair, make metal look like metal instead of everything looking like shiny plastic.
2. Less linear paths and more open worlds.
I don't mind point A to B but instead of making me go down an ally or hallway give me an entire city block that I can pick my own paths side to side up or down to get fro...
I have to say I don't understand this move, why spend more money, and development time redesigning a box that (according to them releasing a "Next Gen Box") is EOL?
Why add confusion to your consumer?
It's like the year Coke made Christmas Cans of Coke and Diet Coke, people kept buying the wrong one because they looked almost the same.
Are they somehow hoping that Grandma and Grandpa will accidentally pick up an Xbone thinki...
I guarantee you a year and a half maybe two from now when they make their remodeled “Slim” version of the XBone they will drop the Kinect add-on and Internet requirements.
Agree but one of their biggest mistakes was making the Core machine with no HDD, now they are making the complete opposite BIGGER mistake in requiring an internet connection and forcing you into Kinect.
Exactly.
9 1/2 times out of I'm online anyway but I have a real issue being dictated to on how I enjoy my down time.
17926 to 1018 wow just wow.
Almost 18 to 1
Placed my vote in the PS4 column.
Sorry M$, I cannot support your anti-consumer surveillance system.
Well let's be honest here, when they say "Sold out" how many units are we talking here?
If each company only releases say 20,000 units day one of course they will be sold out.
I'm curious as to number of units each will deliver to the various retail outlets, until that info gets release I save my "being impressed".
I'm not trying to defend M$ or anything but people need to stop with the $60.00 price tag for live, if you are a smart consumer you will watch places like Amazon or Newegg, between the two you can pick up live subscriptions for as low as $29.00 sometimes and they are stack-able up to 3 years, I know because I'm good with my Gold sub until September 2015.
They do this every 3-4 months.
Amazon and Newegg also runs PSN+ on sale every now and then too. <...
I've been saying this for a while now.
M$ claims they have sold 76 million Xbox 360's, it doesn't matter if the exact number is true or not the thing is, why exclude that many potential customers to a system that has sold ZERO consoles so far?
Let's just say the Xbox One sells a million consoles it's first year, that doesn't mean that it will have a 1:1 attachment rate, Devs call their games successful if they sell a million copies.
Nice chart, thanks for that.
Here is the perfect reply to that video.

Ughh, just watched the Interview you posted and Don Mattrick came off like a sleazy used car salesman.
LOL, M$ is delusional.
I'll give you my list.
1. Make Kinect an option.
1a No one wants a surveillance system in their living-rooms.
1b Have a lower price skew without the Kinect.
2. Re-think you Used game policy.
3. Re-think your 24hr check-in/DRM/Internet connection needed Policy. Bottom line the one you have right now sucks.
4. Game installs, just like everything else you took away my choice.
Well if true that answered one of my questions about current point totals, they will be converted in to the monetary value of your country.
That is what I was thinking SHOULD happen but this is M$ we are talking about.
I'm still wondering how programs like Bing will work, I wonder if they will change that to monetary value as well or just drop it all together, it would be a shame to lose out on 100 points every 10-12 days.
