PC gamers won't care for this title. Chaos Theory had a really nifty coop however.
Thinking about it in the last 5 years I've played more Splinter Cell than MGS. Don't get me wrong both are meh, but Splinter Cell had coop which makes for a fun time sink.

I don't think they took Digital Distributors like Steam, Impulse, or D2D into account. I would be very interested to know how well steam is doing. The only thing we have to work with from Steam is that EA started hailing the pc as the king after they saw their steam sales.

From what I remember. The dev's stated that it's going to require AT LEAST a quad core. I'm not even up to date in that department yet. But they do start less than 90 dollars on AMD's side
Let's not forget the Publishing/Dev giant EA coming out and jumping back on the pc gamer bandwagon when they saw their steam sales revenue, and say the pc is "Rapidly Becoming the Largest Gaming Platform in The World"

for the price of a ps3 I could pretty much complete another pc tower. with nearly everything in it. That's way too high for a console. I myself wouldn't consider buying a ps3 until it hits the $250 mark. \
It's not about being cheap for me. It's about me having buyer's remorse. I can't justify a ps3 purchase when a few extra dollars would net me a full pc tower.

its more of the fact the old school pc gamers have been fraggin online long before console gamers. We demand perfection in our shooters and RTS's. At one point, us pc gamers were at the point console gamers are at now. Console gamers can't seem to get the word "Graphics" out of their head nowadays and have completely forgotten what makes a game great.

ya I do it all the time when my brothers come over on my 40" lcd. I have a 360 pc receiver so they just bring over their controllers and we get some nba2k9 goin before the game starts. Except on my end I'm rockin 8xAA and my fps never dips below 75 @ 1080p. I bought 2k9 for one of them on the 360 but he never misses the chance to come over and get the real eye candy. I get the best of both worlds.
Havoc is continuously updated much like ageia Physx. Havoc will be around for many years to come.
That's more so just an opinion and I'm gonna respect that. Some gamers just prefer shooters. I still play 1.6 and source more than any other shooter nowadays. I've been playin cs since 1.1
Some gamers jump on the fps bandwagon and can't really handle the competition and insults that come with it. These gamers usually revert back to singleplayer or coop gaming.
I want to go console. but the lack of a mouse/keyboard setup for shooters is keeping me from doing so. I own a 360 wireless for my pc and I have played shooters with it but there's something special about twitch shooting that can't be replaced by a controller.
I think we can all agree (console fanboys aka 95% of n4g and everyone else) that this dude is an idiot.
