I remember my first PC (a eMachine) came with Netscape and Internet Explorer, probably not something Microsoft installed I take it?
They should just bring back the Netscape team and resume work on the browser, switching to Mozilla was a mistake since it gave the thing no identity, although the compatibility was a plus. :P
It's also code for the letter Z, a group of people in South Africa as well as a language.

....the CELL doesn't have 8 cores to begin with! And the architecture is different, nothing transitions across those processors 1:1.
Wow this is actually a well written piece, I'm surprised this guys knows the difference between Nazi and Heer! They do have Axis campaigns but not in campaign shooters, unfortunately. If done right why not go for it?
Scene 1: Have the main character who is only a child at this point witness what many dubbed "the rape of the Rhine" by France.
Scene 2: Said soldier grown up in the Heer is part of the German invasion of France.
Their is definitely...
I agree, if Midway is actually making money of the games sales they must be really happy right now, who would have thought DLC would have brought renewed interest into a game in such a manner.
It comes out Tuesday.
Dirt 1 looked amazing, Codemasters really publishes a lot of crap but when they actually put time into a game it really shows, I believe they might be able to pull some really amazing stuff.
Well he did list it under the tech section which can technically qualify.
Well I'm buying the game, I was contemplating it but the DLC really pushed me over the edge. The game is so cheap though I wonder if Midway and Epic will really make anything off it at this point, perhaps it they let all the stock run out and release a directors cut or what ever for $40 with a lot of cheap stuff in it?
Gonna pick it up tomorrow! :D
The Halo rocket launcher is a classic, you just pick it up and use it and it feels so smooth.
Well it doesn't exactly mean pre orders a rising, a lot of other factors could also play into a midnight launch. Managers could also decide to hold launch events IIRC as long as they take care of everything.
Regardless Killzone 2 does look pretty cool, from the reviews it really seems like the developers deserve good sales to boot.
Live will not be free, only cheaper! I bet this is a test, Microsoft will see how much sales have spurred and decide if a official drop is in the cards. (No pun intended)
Well said Al Bundy, but its no use, fanboys aren't able to comprehend technology in such a way.
From what I read the patch is only 300MB, Microsoft's limit on a patch size is 150MB, I wonder how big the patch would be after removing the additions already on the 360 version.
This could probably happen on any P2P service then?
Well from what I can gather this can happen to any P2P service, that includes the PSN, as well as the PC, and possibly the Wii as well.
This game was good but overlooked by a lot of people :(
A few of those shots look really nice, not sure what the budget for such games are though.
Likewise, a 3-4 hour Sonic game that people like would be awesome, all they need to do is to show people Sonic is still viable in 3D, they did it with the Sonic Adventure games, why not now?!?!
Should probably mention pricing it at $39.99 would be great to boot.
This game has been receiving mixed reviews, usually a good sign you should trust your own instincts, although you should always trust your own instincts! I for instance loved Prizefighter despite it receiving mixed reviews, personal jems come in the most unlikely places.
