#1.4: Please, if you make such fanboy statements at least try and prove your case. If it wasn't obvious enough all these ideas seen revolve around Microsoft Surface, who did Microsoft "steal" Surface from?
Almost forgot, Kung Fu Chaos was a pretty fun game to play with friends, it was made by the guys that did Heavenly Sword before the merge, or was it just a name change? Regardless they do great stuff.
Wow, I still play Halo 3 from time to time, congrats to Bungie and Microsoft, they definitely deserve it for making a kick ass game.
Pick up Dawn of War II and Fiddys new game, along with the LoW game as well.
Psi OPs, nuff said!
Sony does not back CBHD, they are backing Blu Ray in China so basically their is going to be a format war there now.
CBHD vs Blu Ray
I think they are, they are making Windows Blu Ray friendly, to do so wouldn't you have to be in the BDA?
Its mostly HD DVD with added Chinese government backed protection
....what does CBHD have to do with Microsoft? And you DO realize Microsoft is a member of the BDA right?
If you want to be a fanboy then go for it, just do it over their --->
And FYI, CBHD is a Asia only format which probably won't see much of a presence outside of it.
Although being a classic WWF (yes, I know) fan I will buy it regardless, its hard to say whether the masses will follow suite.
In other words the development team....
Have you lived under a rock? THQ is going to be joining Midway if things keep up. MK vs. DC with all the limitations put on it did really well and was executed nicely to boot. Although its not a true MK game, I for one can't wait until MK 9 to see how things go.
If you think you can do a better job then a development team who has been working on fighting games for decades (and largely intact since then), then go for it.
This guy definitely did his homework, unfortunately the same can't be said for Kotaku.
The document states they either sell the MK franchise OR submit a plan to either LIQUIDATE or RESTRUCTURE,
Well it was the same engine which of course was multiplatform. For these claims to be true it would need to be a new engine tailored specifically for the Xbox 360, I have a feeling this will be the year of Rare.
I think your thinking of GDC where Microsoft usually begins announcing whats next,
This is probably one of the Rare titles, Perfect Dark 2?!? :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
I don't think enough time has passed to really say EA is good, just months ago they were trying to take over Take 2 hostly! Back on subject I'm surprised THQ is in this position, I always thought their basic catalog was strong enough to prevent such things.
It works on anything with a HDMI port IIRC
They already do to a certain extent... straight from the article,
"Tim Sweeney, architect of the Unreal engine, highlights further visual challenges of using deferred rendering. “It’s faster for large numbers of lights and shadows, but the drawbacks are increased video memory usage, and artistic limitations as you force all objects to be rendered with the same material model,” he says “Unreal Engine 3 has an extremely flexible and artist-extensible material system, so we d...
No way the iPhone has that big a market share, I always though WM was a bit higher, the Android sure picked up a lot of market share, this chart is so strange!
Yes sir.
It really seems like a updated version of World at War so far,
