I'm mixed, I don't recall having these issues on my consoles very often but from that site like that...like Torrence Davis always says "A name like that will only get you so far".
Cubituss: Basically yea, its like Stranglehold with a few more mechanics. Inspector Tequila is bad ass and a legend and all so it was believable, WET is more unrealistic in terms of what you can do. :p
Regardless it still look interesting, I'll definitely pick it up if reviews are positive.

I agree with your list, just also wanted to add Mortal Kombat: Unchained to it, for a handheld title it was a really solid game. Its cool how they added Vice City Stories but how can Liberty City Stories not be on the list? It was so ground breaking at the time because it showed what the handheld could do!
From the gameplay videos I have seems of far the game seems to be full of repetitive gameplay and stupid AI.

Like the above comments stated, Sony and Microsoft are only competing when it comes to consoles, they are best buds when it comes to other industries.

Quantic Dream has been around for a much longer time than Heavy Rain's announcement, they did Omikron on the Dreamcast/PC and Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit on last generation consoles and PC.
It probably won't work well on many phones, maybe those that have big touchscreens will find more use from it?
