Why are people bashing Microsoft for something a impersonator said? If this was a official Microsoft account then maybe but it's fake.
You have so much more room to work with when you don't need to render a HD resolution, even then you can't say the Wii can compare to anything on the Xbox 360 or PC.
I highly doubt even budget developer tools can lay claim to this.
Obviously fake, why would a high profile executive like Don have a public Twitter page? If anything it would be private. Not to mention, why would anyone attempt to buy any sort of exclusivity deal for a game that is in the early development stages? The general public could feel many different things about a game like this, they would at least wait till more details are revealed and impressions are made.

No, watch the video. This isn't Sony's tech but a primative form of the 3DV technology. This technology is nothing new, the purpose of Natal is to make it affordable for consumer use.
This game sounds amazing! I hope someone picks it up or conditions happen that allow Midway to continue publishing it. (Given the MK lawsuit, anything can happen at this point)
If he has the proper legal documents giving him credibility it will probably go through.
There are a lot of different theories has to why he became like that, some people claim it was health conditions and surgery while others say it was him wanting to "be white" getting major surgery to do so.
They should release it, I'm sure the Jackson Estate could use the money, especially if they have to start paying back Michaels debt.
A bit off topic but ever since he died people have come out in droves saying how much they supported him, liked his music, etc. If he really had so many die hard supporters, I doubt he would have had the financial troubles he did in his life!

Why doesn't Wii development happen like Xbox development? They are pretty similar to each other (depending on what developer you ask, one is more powerful then the other), the Wii could have so much better then shovelware!
This guy will either,
1. Get a job with Microsoft (which I assume he is hoping for)
2. Get a cease and desist order
3. Get banned from Xbox Live
4. Taken to court

This article is a bit outdated, there have been a few developments since then. No word from Sony yet, I doubt these guys would be able to pay the legal fees either. Then again, they could have used the concept but the least they could have done was change the assets up! Doesn't the Spore iPhone game have a similar concept behind it? See, a simple skin change and they would have been ok.
ThatGameCompany seems to have made amends with these guys, but the question is, did Sony?

I'm going to have to try this iPhone game out. I could see this ending in a cease and desist order if anything. The creators can try to pursue it further but even if they wrote the game from scratch, the similarity, more specifically the assets are just undeniable.

Sad, the Mortal Kombat franchise alone is a guaranteed million unit seller. I was positive Activision would make a move since Mortal Kombat would,
1. Fit nicely in their portfolio
2. Allow them to make a CRAP TON of money
3. They did say they had nearly $2 billion USD set aside for acquisitions, what a better acquisition then this?
