If you don't like Nintendo games, that's fine. But you probably shouldn't condemn the people who do.
oftentimes I feel one of the biggest fallings of our society is that to many people aren't able to have a dynamic opinion. people are to set in their ways to see things from another's point of views, as you show from your two edits, and then upgrade their own views with this new found knowledge.
I WILL say that I disagree with your stateme...
I believe it was consoles, here's a link I found on it: http://www.cinemablend.com/...
How so? Elaborate.
You guys see what's going on right? a while back Ubisoft said that they would stop supporting the Wii U until sales increase. Now sales are on par with Xbox One and then they throw out another excuse to why they won't give support. Sometimes I feel that this has all been the plan of Ubisoft all along. to use Nintendo fans as a scapegoat so they can stop support while still being seen as the good guys. I could very well be wrong, but it certainly seems that way to me.
Media Create is Japan only sales right? in which case the numbers are still really good considering the drop in console popularity in the region. Since the Wii U has already been selling well in Japan, its not that surprising that Hyrule warriors didn't increase sales very much
I am very much aware of Nintendo's faults, I'm sure most people are. But I will not agree that Nintendo should buy third party exclusives, as I feel such policies are despicable and only causes these companies to lose sight of the medium.
Could Nintendo better promote themselves? obviously, but they shouldn't have to do it for another, perfectly capable company
Though I feel that it's true that Nintendo has a different ecosystem, if Ubisoft bothered to advertise their products well, guaranteed that the port wouldn't be gimped, and included special features, I think it could sell decently well. apologizing for Rayman Legends would also help, but they would never do that
Though Ubisoft has been "Nintendo's biggest supporter", they've clearly been giving a half baked performance and are untrustworthy when it c...
Please tell me this isn't one of those cases where people are actually buying The Letter just to see how bad it is...
I love the GameCube Controller, super comfortable and efficient button layout. This gen, I'm quite fond of the Wii U Gamepad and the pro controller
that's very cute. she called Pacman Pakistan :)
I find it disconcerting that just by having lower sales then their competitors, it instantaneously means that a console is a failure. The fact that we as a consumer base come to such conclusions so quickly shows that we lack a sense of trust in the companies we favor. Whether this is on some basis of an apparent ego or the inability to accept the opinions of others in order to grow our own views is not for me to say as I lack the knowledge to know for certain.
I hope that I d...
You know, there was a time that when gamers bought a game, they were able to experience that game in its entirety without having to pay an extra charge to unlock features or have constant advertising for such features thrust in their face. I know that this EA Access isn't like that, that is if EA can resist the greed that we all know they have, but Xbox Gold and Playstation Plus ruined the subscription idea for me. I'd rather Nintendo keep things the way they are
to take your sarcasm literally, the difference there is that people who don't have latte makers probably tried coffee and decided they didn't like it, and those that haven't tried it typically don't care to comment against it. A lot of people I see attacking the Wii U haven't played it because it is "beneath them". if they had played it and didn't like it, then that's perfectly fine. Many people are going off of their chauvinism alone and that is what is ...
Sorry, I'm not saying that they are all the same person as I just don't have enough knowledge for that, but how many "Xi" profiles are there? Just today I saw the XiRockLee profile as well as this XiMasterChief one. I also know about the XiNarutoUzumaki and and this XiSasukeUchiha, which I see most often on the Nintendo articles. It's getting a little out of hand, which is probably why so many accuse you of being the same person.
yeah, I'm pretty sure they can. they do make money on more than just the Wii's past success. Wii U is turning a profit, which means even if it isn't selling as well as the PS4 it still is making money. 3DS is still popular, I believe I read that Pokemon turns like 1.5 billion dollars annually which is a significant amount of income from just one franchise. Also, Mario Kart 8 sold really well, especially with a new console sized install base.
the one thing that may...
From what I can tell the only difference between the two is that the PS4 version is brighter and the XBO has more intense colors. it's minimal for sure, but I see definitely less grey on the XBO version. Most notably in the red spectrum.
Please note I am not being biased, I shouldn't have to say this but there it is, I own neither consoles and I am just stating what I see.
I love the gamepad. if anything they could just release the console with an extra pro controller to appease the people who don't like it
Frankly, resolution matters very little, a good game with ugly visuals is still a good game. a horrid game with cutting edge visuals is still horrid.
Can we stop using the "my graphics are better!" argument to fuel this incessant chauvinism and get back to enjoying the games we have? regardless of platform.
fascinating, thank you for the correction, but the original comment is still not necessary

that being said I, being in the opposite view towards Nintendo, think they are one of the few AAAs that bring unbridled creativity to their games. And through my eyes, I have seen far more franchise milking from other companies then what I have seen from Nintendo, Exempli Gratia having four new Halos, six new Assassin's Creeds and four new Little Big Planets last gen alone. this is also excluding those games' spin-offs. the last Smash bros we've gotten was rel...
