isn't the thing that makes these sort games fun, or more accurately addictive, is the fact that the only reason you failed was because you messed up and the only person you could blame is yourself? This game seems to throw that out the window and instead puts a bunch of moving images and loud noises over your character to add a lazy increase in difficulty. That coupled with the fact that the game looks pre-alpha, sorry, this just seems like strait up shovelware capitalizing on Nintendo...
It actually works pretty well, I got the early demo access and I'm loving it!
I seem to notice this is the ongoing trend, Wii U does well, people acknowledge it. So what's the best course of action: point out it's a year older.
I won't deny that it had a slow year, a lot of consoles have, but it isn't really necessary to point that out every time somebody starts to feel good about their purchase. It just seems foolish to me.
to be fair, Mario Galaxy had a pretty deep side story
oh, it's probably not a good idea to blame the fans given the events of the last couple of weeks....
You can, you just have to fill in the extra area, and if you look at the shirt, there are some minor differences. plus it is a actual post on Miiverse: https://miiverse.nintendo.n...
That is an amazingly well done picture!
More so just competing with the Playstation 3, Wii U is 20 thousands units ahead of the XBO. Unfortunate to see anyone's console of choice do poorly, compared to competition, My heart goes out to the Microsoft gamers. I felt the same when the Wii U was doing horribly
sigh... these are not things to joke about. Rape can mentally scar people and oftentimes result in suicide, and death is never something to take lightly. I shouldn't have to say this.
This industry is already the blunt end of misinformation and hate from the other industries, this isn't helping to fix that.
It becomes less funny when you know that the height, hair colour, and skin colour are put in before it takes a picture of you

Sega's 3D pad, which came out on July 5, came out 2-3 months after the N64 came out on April 21.
I feel it should be stated, I'm not being led by some sort of chauvinism for Nintendo. I'm simply stating what I believe to be historically accurate, as I care very much for the history of this industry, and as such I am open to saying I am wrong when proven to be. Naturally I will give some resistance, as is necessary in maintaining knowledge...
@TheoreticalParticle
I thought that was a predecessor to the d-pad, it works similarly as well as it isn't actually a stick but instead a multi directional button like the d-pad. The article above supports this as well.
@InTheLab
certainly, the joystick did exist prior, and I wont say that it didn't nor will I say it was a nintendo innovation. what I was saying is that the thumb use analogue stick seems to have started with the N64, which though not be...
kinda, those were more so large joysticks though and were held with the hand instead of resting your thumb on them. The N64 had the first modern version analog stick that we recognize today. that is the case as from what I've found, I'm fine admitting that I'm wrong if shown proof.
I'm not saying that it is impossible to not click the link, I didn't, but I found out anyway through friends who share my passion for the game. I was more so referring to the fact that people, being the beautiful curious creatures we are, would have a good amount more people who look than those who don't.
regardless, my argument wasn't so much on people not looking, but more so on the inconvenience and loss of possible excitment that this leaked information co...
True, but to be fair: nearly everyone would probably look regardless if they want it spoiled or not. What could be unfortunate is that since most of the new characters in Smash Bros have been revealed throughout a series of, in my opinion, well-made and amusing videos, we may never get to see them for these leaked characters. There is now no point in showing them, The surprise is already spoiled.
It's the same as when we were children and we managed to catch a peak of our...
considering that Aonuma-san said that the challenge starts in finding your way to where you want to go, he may mean that unlike other open world games, LOZU's open world will be filled with puzzles and challenges, which is very different than the 'go anywhere, anytime' system other games use. You will need to work to get places, which would be rather interesting. Purely conjecture of course, but kind of makes sense.
I believe I saw a similar article last year, and the year before that, and the year before that...
He's encountered so much stupid flame from this community. I never really liked his oftentimes offensive manner towards things, but no one deserves to go through the crap this guy had to deal with. May he enjoy whatever field he joins after this one.

Using the same characters does not mean they aren't different IPs. aside from Luigi U, which was more so an expansive DLC that got a boxed version, every game you listed are very different in gameplay from each other. MK8 is a racer while NSMBU is a platformer. Mario Party 10 is a party game while Mario Maker is a custom level designer, though I would give to you that it is similar to the platformer series. Mario and Luigi Dream team is an RPG. They are all differ...
You could argue that nearly all games are clones of one another. Due to the danger of releasing a bad game, game developers stick to industry norms while at times offering a small inconsequential innovation which may or may not be massively accepted. For this reason I am fine with clone games as there is always that possibility that they may offer something entirely new in the process.
