Yeah, one article I saw showed that there will be 70 new games released for the system from the time of of the article's creation to the end of the fiscal year.

this is a good line up of games, and though not all are exclusive, their presence on the systems is still good.
If I'm not mistaken the Wii U was in demand prior to its release. It also sold out in preorders and was selling extremely well in November, December, and early January. The gaming world is simply far to unstable to safely say that a game or console will do great before we actualy see the sales figures.
I HOPE that PS4 and Xbox One will do well, but I simply dont know how it will turn out. I also HOPE that the Wii U can turn around as I thoroughly enjoy it.
I cant wait to pick up Watch dogs for my Wii U. It will be great!
It might be the game we deserve, but is it the one we need? :)
I'm sure it will be a great game. and I'll certainly pick it up when it comes out.
Majora's Mask for me.
I fear that the slow announcments of games may stem from the low point in Wii U sales that have plagued the system for the past few months. It may also be caused by the release of poorly made ports from a number of developers hoping to make some fast money off of the system's initial release.
Quality game creation is a slow process and if there is rumor and conjecture surrounding the system, saddly some may opt out of creating games for it.
On the bright...
So the Wii U is powerful then? Nano Assault Neo is a very attractive game, and to say that it uses only a fraction of the Wii U's resources is excellent news. I hope this puts to rest that foolish rumor that the system is only as capable as current gen systems.
Protagonist
trust me, one guy doesn't speak for everyone. I've also seen some strongly hypocratic Microsoft and Sony fans as well.
Charming
really, I'm sorry but how is that necessary?
considering how this is just one author stating his oppinions and he didn't try to make it for veiws, I know him. why does it matter what the sites unique focus is?
Do I think the PS4 will fail? No, of course not. but I'm not saying the author and site are stupid because I have a differing oppinion.
this could serve as some excellent advertising for the system. heres hoping people stop thinking the Wii U is just a port for the original Wii.
my apologies if this seems rude but, weren't people saying that the PS3 would win the 7th generation before it encountered a major block in sales for a little while? Many said the same with the Wii U. I feel it may seem a bit too early to mark a console as a winner just yet. lets give it some time after ALL the consoles are released.
so... if this is a playstation article, why is it linked to: 3DS, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One? Sure gamescom may have the systems there, but they're not mentioned in THIS article
They did actually

Im sure that their development will speed up because of this, but like the article says, and this one backs up, there may be alot of new IPs in the coming years.
Have a good day.
sigh..... no its not. Nintendo will alway have a fanbase
I don't know how the X1 and PS4 controllers will feel, but the Wii U Pro Controller is extremely comfortable. Light but not to light, the buttons are well placed and easy to reach, and the rechargable batteries lasts for 80 hours. I just wish the vibration was alittle bit more powerful sometimes, and that there were analog triggers, but I enjoy using it.
well he said it required twice the manpower. Which is normal due to the transition from non-HD to HD. But maybe the Wii U's coding language has been simplified, making it easier then ever.
Well, hardware does matter, but larger numbers really don't in some circumstances as long as their is a reason. For instance, what we know about the Wii U is that it posseses a good ammount of General Purpose Graphics Processing Units (GPGPU).
GPGPU handles processing for computer graphics and is capable of dealing with them at a highly efficient rate. As such, it is becoming the norm in high-end PCs. Now with all the graphics running through the GPGPU, it makes the CPU ...
Awesome
"the trailer's footage appears to be drawn from a current-gen version of the game, though Ubisoft has not specified whether it shows PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii U footage."
...but the Wii U is not current gen. It was released a little over half a year ago, and can run games in 1080p and 60FPS. Is it weaker than PS4/XBOX ONE? Most likely, but it isn't current gen.
Sadly the Wii U has been portrayed quite badly around its release, and has been plague...
