Graphics are nice and if you can have them, then you should. but it is not what is important in a game. from what I've seen the gameplay is quite sound with reportedly over 100 hacks and the multiplayer seems fun. that's not even mentioning the various phone and city minigames that can be played like controlling a giant robot spider or cheating with a stress level in Poker.

I'm sure it'll be good, for PC those graphics can always be improved anyway if that'...

well I would imagine with mods, the PC version may have way more content a couple months after launch. Might even be able to get those cool fog effects that were in the 2012 trailer that I haven't seen since

Diversity is good for the Industry, but to much really isn't. With all these consoles coming in like the Steam Machines and possibly this Google console, which may make Apple come in as well, I could understand how a crash might occur again.

I know what most who see this will think, I'm just some doomsayer, however one of the many things that caused the 83 crash was the amount of consoles being released. There were a lot of failed consoles that made people lose faith...

Nintendo doesn't allow monetization with their licences. Youtubers can use their gameplay as long as they give rights in the description and disable Ads.

Without advertisements, YouTube personalities don't get money, or at least a minuscule amount, which in turn cuts the creation of Nintendo-based videos.

Nintendo indirectly prevents their games from being put up as their is no incentive to do so for Youtubers

huh, that just might be it. I can see Youtubers as the Trend setters, at least to some degree, so Nintendo preventing their games from being on YouTube could definitely be holding the Wii U's success

I originally intended to get this on Wii U, but have since changed my mind in favor of PC. Ubisoft has already stated that tablets can work with the game to control city functions as was shown in the last E3, I think, meaning the potential benefits with the Gamepad may be less unique.

Plus on the PC version I can still have the best looking version. definitely not important, but still nice I suppose. even with the supposed downgrade, mods will fix that in a couple months aft...

I would like to introduce you to almost every game series ever made.

All game companies recycle their IPs, and do it more often then Nintendo at that. one such example would be Halo, which saw three main iterations on the 360 alone, and even infamous, which had two iterations on PS3 and the most recent one on PS4.

I would say it is the 3rd party's fault. I've said this before, so it may be getting a little old, but the Nintendo market is different. the fact that 3rd parties aren't seeing this is their own fault.

I mean look at Rayman Legends. it got delayed and faced major boycott over it going multiplat, however it still sold best on Wii U because it was the kind of game that appealed best to the Nintendo audience and not so much the others.

Where 3 was very dull in terms of story, having a flat, moody main character, AC BF was very rich in character development and personality. Edward's story has a lot to do about friendship, freedom, and money where his predecessors were all about revenge. the lack thereof was a very fresh feeling for the series, especially after going through 4 games where this made up almost the entire plot.

I originally thought that, but I recently beat Black Flag, and that story and gameplay renewed my faith in the series. I'm hoping this one delivers as well as Black Flag did.

there is also the possibility that the purchase of the 3DS version will make people want the Wii U version. I hope that one will be the case. I plan on buying both anyway

Sigh.... I don't even like Microsoft, but these articles, and similar comments, are getting both old and stupid really fast. A game is a game, it isn't about rendering every individual arm hair on generic NPC #92. its about quality gameplay and general enjoyment. Something I believe most of the industry is losing sight of
