They can afford a relatively smaller loss due to the many services and sales they had without it being like the ps3 times since the tech used is already common in use. 4k hdr blu ray, ryzen 3000, navi, ssd caching is all available so purchasing in bulk is relatively cheaper than being the first blu ray player, releasing with a cell processor and xdr ram.
Meh. I paid 75 for this local limited edition and have no regrets at all. This game was worth every penny and my time. To be honest many aaa games that I got discounted were such wastes of time that it feels far worse. I rather buy 4 games with the same quality and care like God of War than get a dozen recent EA published AAA games for free.
