There are plenty of fun games on Kinect, it just depends on personal tastes, for me the controller options are just added icing on the cake.
I've not regretted my purchase of Kinect, but then again I've probably only ever regretted a single gaming purchase or two my whole like.
To each their own, just try not to bash people who might think differently.
Those are damn great sales, I cant believe the Xbox 360 is still seeing it's best numbers ever. Just goes to show exclusives only matter to N4G people...lol
In all seriousness it just proves how great the 3rd party games have been, Skyrim, Batman, Portal, Assassins Creed ext.....
Congrats to Microsoft, epic month.
No it didn't. I think MW3 wouldn't have gained year over year and broken all the records it has if that were the case. EA is trying to save some face after launching that trash talking campaign saying they would take out Call Of Duty.
Battlefield 3 didn't get the review scores MW3 got and it certainly didn't get the sales, EA pushes "units shipped" but we all know there is a huge difference between shipped and sold.
Looking forward to anything with Alan Wake, the new Bioware game and what Epic has up it's sleeve!
I can deal with the look of the new Netflix, what I am hating about it is that you no longer can stretch the screen for wide screen televisions like before. So anything in standard definition has black bars on the sides.
This is how it always is on PS3, which is why I preferred the Xbox 360 version. I really how they go back to the Microsoft controlled codecs and allow you to do this again.
Cannot wait, hopefully this is just the in between story for the true Alan Wake sequel.
The full sequel will probably come out on the next Xbox, but I bet Microsoft is gauging how successful this is going to be, my money would be on that if it is successful in the tiniest way, they will buy Remedy outright.
Microsoft seems to be in a creative mood lately, hiring more people at Rare, buying Twisted Pixel and opening 4 new studios this year alone.

I can see digital sales being offered on the same day as physical retail copies, but I don't think I ever see the day that we have no disks.
I'm sure these companies would love digital only, that way it stops used game sales, but the fact of the matter is that the internet isn't fast enough world wide to offer this as the only option.
Not only is the internet not fast enough, but some people have caps on how many gigs they are allowed per month. ...
I knew it! I called this a while ago, Crytek is working on things for the next Xbox, Epic is as well, probably EA and we know Microsoft bought Twisted Pixel, are hiring at Rare and opened 4 new game studios this year. That combined with the slow pace of exclusives was easy to deduce that the next Xbox will be with us next year.
I know a lot of PS3 fans are not going to want Microsoft to get a jump on the next generation yet again, but it's happening.

Is it some kind of weird British humor that I don't understand?
It's not going to be a 3rd party game. It's supposedly a game that has been in development for years, which lets Left 4 Dead out, especially since Valve doesn't dislike Microsoft in any way.
Half Life 3 would also never be a PS3 exclusive, and why would Bethesda make a PS3 exclusive when they have such a great relationship with Microsoft?
It's either some Move compatible game, Dead Nation game, or some new IP by a Sony owned studio.
Oh god.....people are resorting to "Paul is dead" rumors from back in the 60's to hype things......
Cant wait for all the reveals to be done and over with and then we can wait for the influx of stories on how disappointed we all are ect...
Gears 3 should be up there, it's the best in the series hands down and it's the game that offers the most content on the disk.
The fact that Skyrim and Zelda were both up there before they were even released kind of was a head scratcher to me.
Then I thought, well maybe they didn't want to put a sequel to a sequel up on the list, but they put Uncharted 3 on the list, so it's not that. I guess I just didn't understand it, it's one of th...
This is kind of a dumb article, if you get a new game like Skyrim on the 360, I'd welcome the strategy book to come with it.
Also, who doesn't like gaming clothes? I have quite a few of those types of things, yet I have a girlfriend, job and responsibilities.
I also happen to have the Xbox 360 HDDVD add on drive, I didn't get it as a gift though, I bought it new years ago. I also own around 500 HDDVD's, all are in perfect crystal clear 1080p...
I have never seen so much hate on a company that is actually thriving.
The Wii is seeing great numbers, Zelda is back on top of the gaming world and the 3DS is selling like hot cakes.
On one hand I think the next Xbox will be announced for next year, on the other hand the fact that it sold 1.2 million in a single week makes me question if this will be the case.
I know there is a lot of Nintendo haters around here, but if we are 2-3 years away from new Microsoft and Sony consoles, who wouldn't try a Wii U if it were priced right?
I mean HD Zelda and Mario games? Decent online? and 3rd party games? To me those are all winning things. <...
Call Of Duty is fun and fast paced, the matches are over quickly and then your right into another match, so it's not like those other games. I tend to get quite bored with Battlefield 3 and the matches on gears 3 can take 30 minutes or more per match.
No chance.
Amazing game, toss up between this and Batman Arkham City for me this year.
Why wouldn't they? Sony likes to keep things as vague as possible, so if you allow multiple accounts, you don't need a way to accurately track how many unique users actually use PSN.
Super Star Wars was great, I also really liked Phantom Menace on the original PlayStation, I played that game nonstop for hours!
