Because the Call Of Duty games offer some of the fastest paced, action packed, intense online multiplayer fun that other games don't?
Ya, they weren't expecting 10 people to want them.
Maybe because Portal 2 is a decent minigame, but I don't think a game that short should ever be in consideration for any GOTY awards.
I guess I just didn't feel "wowed" by Portal 2. Still felt like Portal 1, which was a free game on PC if I'm not mistaken. Nothing really of substance if you ask me.
I was unaware that the Xbox 360 version has issues to begin with. I haven't had any issues since launch with Skyim .
Maybe they are just trying to inform the public so they don't go blindly buying something that has been hyped up?
I'd rather know the story then just be in the dark and thinking I know all there is to know about it.
This deal is getting worse all the time....

Sony is altering the deal, pray they don't alter it any further...
@smashcrashbash
Then what has happened since the PS1, PS2 days to where people aren't as enthralled with the Sony name? You do realize brand loyalty is a real thing right?
When the Dreamcast came out, people actually held off on getting one so they could get the PS2. Even when the PS2 finally released, they had such limited quantities that people would have rather had a rain check to get one the next year, rather then having a Dreamcast that year for Christmas. ...
Chintzy.....
Not sure why your getting disagrees, you are 100% right. The Sony brand had a huge following the last two generations and people would have followed Sony anywhere, things have since changed and it takes a solid advertising campaign to be successful.
Wonder if we'll get a number amount? Be good to compare it to other successful advertisements in gaming.
I don't really consider there to be a "core" or "casual" gamer. There is just gamers.
I will say that Microsoft adding more media features is a fine thing, and if your not into it, then you don't have to use it. That being said, companies have been sneaking media into our consoles for years. What is Blu Ray, DVD and CD's but media?
The Dreamcast let you surf the internet and play online, both were media. You cant use Microsoft ...
Semantics...... mutated humans/zombies/infected it's all zombies of a sort, since there is no real idea of what a zombie is aside from an infected former human.
There is absolutely NO WAY to report people on the XBM or any other way for PS3.
@cvflyboy
I have played the other MGS games, I enjoyed part 3 the most. MGS4 was probably my least favorite and I've not yet even finished it. The story was confusing and they painted themselves in a corner with that nonsensical BS.
Why would I care about multiplatform or not? there are no exclusives to me.
I like some "game" in my video games...
Let's see, for starters it looks like Uncharted, maybe with an older Drake. Then it's typical zombies/mutants chasing a protagonist, enter the little girl who is running for her life and has to get "tough" to survive.
Zombie's are so over-saturated right now, the whole survival horror genre has been done to death...literally.
So in answer, it looks like every other game but with Uncharted style graphics.
Why do you think I went with the 360 for all online games? Of course I've touched a PS3, no way to send voice messages in game, no private or party chat, no ability to appear offline, no feedback system to avoid or report trouble makers, horrible voice codecs so everyone sounds like the McDonald's drive through guy, those few that actually have a mic...have I left anything out?
I guess the lack of players on games in comparison to the 360 counterparts is another point...
That whole game looks awfully familiar.
Agreed, I haven't seen anywhere where they actually said there was a lead platform. I doubt Microsoft would show off the game if it was going to be slanted towards the PS3 in any way. If anything they will probably make it the way almost every other multiplatform title is made.
Getting it on Xbox 360 anyway, looks like a solid game and the fact that Kojima isn't ruining it with needless cut-scenes and idiotic plots only adds to my fervor.
Glad to see developers are working well with the Xbox 360 hardware, look no farther then Bethesda and Skyrim to see how it's done on the Xbox 360. Huge worlds, great graphics and gameplay. It can be done.
Looking forward to this, I unlike what seems to be the majority here actually liked the last one, which was the first FF game I've ever played.
What would you expect them to say? "Our game is cliche and we took a risk by doing a game in an supersaturated genre?"
So it's a survival zombie game that is going to focus more on a story element, I'm still not sensing a lot of originality in it.
