Haha well the joke is on them Microsoft will reduce Activision to support.
I just want to say it's not just that PlayStation has a better API or tools.
It's the hardware itself. PS5 has a lot of "co-processors" that take the load off the CPU and GPU.
For example the Kraken decompression chip reduces load on the CPU and the GPU by shifting the demanding job of decompressing textures off the GPU/CPU.
And the Tempest Audio Chip does in hardware what xbox has to do in software, for example Forza ...
That's not how it works.
Any game that struggles maintaining resolution in dynamic resolution will have higher resolution on PS5Pro, the same with frame rates, they will be higher on PS5Pro.
Any game that uses DRS or drops frame rates which is nearly every graphically demanding game released will benefit from the Pro. Every game that isn't holding resolution or framerate is already maxing out the PS5.
Just as an example of how m...
That is not true at all, these days the majority of games have PlayStation prompts.
Any game made in Unity or UE or any of the most common engines will enable PlayStation support.
I'm surprised people still think this, heck Steam itself posted these statistics, purexbox is just reporting what they said.
Edit: Ya know Steam had it's own controller and they certainly registered it...

Rechargeable AAA batteries are measured in charges, the half life on many of those things is just a few months depending on how much you use them.
My DS4 launch controller still holds a 10-12 hour charge which was about 16 when it was new. My launch DS5 controller still lasts around 8 hours.
The cost of ownership is much higher on an xbox controller because of the batteries.
And the battery on DS4 and DS5 ...
Stevonidas
The if you buy a PS5 controller today it will have a 16 hour battery.
PlayStation even put out a release discussing this and I can confirm that my Cobalt Blue lasts 16 hours.
Yes they are, PlayStation PC games and many other games support it.
The modding community has stood against the idea of paid mods from the get go. They rejected Steams attempt to implement paid mods and they stood against paid mods from Bethesda too, but Bethesda did it anyway.
And it doesn't help that Bethesda keeps making unnecessary updates that seem to be directly aimed at breaking mods from Nexus.
This low number must be a wakeup call to Microsoft who is looking to monetize this game beyond sales.
This article has major skew in how, they (purexbox.com) are presenting information provided by Valve to show how Microsoft's control is actually decreasing.
Keep in mind that at one point xbox controller was 90%+. For example before the DS4, PlayStation controllers represented less than 1% of users on Steam. So, a more interesting chart would be to show how Microsoft's lock on controllers on PC has been broken by other devices. Next year at this time maybe they...
It's so obvious you don't know what you're talking about.
$50 for a 16-20 hour full game that was given out for free for millions of people
And the $15 DLC that was 4 - 6 hours worth of gameplay.
Compared to 20 minutes for $7.and that 20 minutes is being generous
GT5 makes all the content available for free, and the cars are earned by doing races the same as GT 1
And I just want to add, you're...
It also has less grass.
No, this is b.s. the games look great especially considering how big TV's have gotten. My original PS2 was hooked up to a 19' TV as I recall.
But you haven't even seen the emulator for yourself.
The games look and play great.
And while I don't even agree with the video the previous emulators have had numerous updates since the new service launched. Again I don't even agree with this video but this is the very first set of PS2 games, I can guarantee you that this isn't the end of either the games being added or the emulator version.
These guys are full of crap, this is propaganda, A literal attempt to convince people PlayStation Plus isn't a good value.
The emulation looks good and plays great which is the important thing.
You are right, at the very bottom of the article,
I was wrong about the DLC, but still it's not a good look after they talked so much about game preservation.just a few months ago to be removing and delisting this game.
I like that the console and the controllers have sand blasted PlayStation symbols all over, very cool.
So much for that digital preservation they were talking about.
Also being removed from game pass, so if you were playing it there and bought dlc you need to buy the game again if you want to keep using your DLC.
Then gutted after Microsoft, but seriously they have fired at least 1000 people from Zenimax since they purchased them. Fired people then on top of that closed studios.
You know that gave out Lost Legacy for free for everyone who bought certain versions of the game.
And Lost Legacy is a full 16-20 hour Uncharted game... and honestly my favorite one. The amount of dialog and banter alone was worth the price.
You clearly haven't played it, I don't think I have ever seen anyone say it wasn't worth the discounted price they charged for it with many people getting it for free.

"When you get it right the first time there's no need to change."
I completely disagree, and besides they have made changes, the build quality is much lower now than the 360 controllers.
The sticks and controller boards are much lower quality and the plastic housing is much thinner and cheaper. The modern xbox controller is like a Mad Katz knockoff version of the original 360 controller.
One ...
