The sad thing is even if the product is lower quality and cost more "for some reason" the same press that tried to destroy the Portal will say it's the best thing ever.
They can make more than one type of game... Games are expensive, the multiplayer games can help fund the single player games.
It's not one or the other, and Sony has been telling you this since the start, they still plan to keep making single player games.
And hoping Sony fails spectacularly is basically hoping that the PlayStation brand fails, because with Microsoft doing what they are doing that's what you're going to get.
This is a bad sign, Microsoft is trying to move all it's games onto the cloud and doesn't mind shutting off the games for the people who buy them and are invested...
People just can't see the writing on the wall...
Nah, HZD:Online and TLOU:Online have a great chance of pulling people in.
Remember when Phil said he was going to be hands off with Bethesda?

And it's cars and tracks cost money and there is a battle pass, but it's better.
Interesting, so what we see here is that PlayStation is returning far more of their revenue to the players and it's employees.
And none of this really matters because Microsoft accounting like everything else is so deceptive.
Crimson everyone knows that Sony doesn't make RPG's....
They also hate indies and treat them so badly that indies don't even want to be on the PlayStation.
Don't take this the wrong way. This is just an observation.
It's so weird that people will call Witcher 3 an RPG but you can't call Horizon an RPG or any of the other PlayStation games that are to me pretty obviously RPG's Action RPG's.
Where did you get that 714 million number from.... there is NO WAY FFXVI cost 3 times more than God of War and HFW and TLOU 2...

Yea, for sure, Vanillaware games have great music!
I didn't mention it but one of my favorite things about Japanese games like this is that they always have really unique and creative music. As opposed to the AAA big budget games that have that exact same bombastic music that you could interchange with a dozen other games or superhero movies.
I have a feeling you're going to have a great month! I wish could play these games again for the first t...
This is the problem with people who don't own a PlayStation, you can't experience what it does so you try to downplay, but this is even a step worse because you are trying to claim things that are factually known to exist are not real.
You're not even saying what I am saying is not true you're saying what Mark Cerny said is not true...
I'm sorry your so mad.
I am just rolling my eyes at you...
It's not cutting audio from any other speakers, it's just converting the existing audio that is being output from Tempest to fill the top channels.
Tempest already supported verticality HRTF in headphones. Tempest is fully 3D top and bottom left right and front and back and everything in between.
Relax a bit on trying to downplay PS5... You're just spreading misinformation... not by accid...
I can't be more sincere in saying I hope you have fun and see a little of what I like about these games.
All three games are completely honestly some of my favorite games.
Incase anyone thinks I am not sincere or just hyping up PlayStation here is a image of my recent Vanillaware games. I have their PS2 games and Dragons Crown on PS3 but they are in storage and I didn't want to dig em up, only my PS4 and 5 games are still at hand.

You're the one who doesn't know what they are talking about, Sony and Mark Cerny have discussed ray traced audio since the hardware reveal of the console and Tempest itself. You can find the video and watch it if you want.
It's part of Returnal which was the first game released to use it and one of the easiest ways to test it is to play Horizon Forbidden West and when you stand outside of the tents you can hear the manipulation of the sound as it's accurate...
Can you conceptualize the difference between 2 Billion dollars and the budget of a video game?
Hint: Sony games generally cost around 200m.
What should they do exactly?
Most of Square Enix games were on Nintendo, who already has the largest portfolio from the publisher in the past few years.
So I guess what your saying is that it's Nintendo fault...
Of course your saying that not me, I know that on of the largest problems was that Square's mobile games in Japan underperformed more than anything in their premium games library. And that Final Fantasy 16 was actually ...
It's really unfortunate that people don't see the actual quality of these games. I guess if it's not CoD or FIFA it's a bad game... or wait they gave away CoD and FIFA and people still complained...
Oh well, I guess the lesson is they should cater more toward the people who play a wider variety of games than sports ball and shoot bang.
This is a fantastic set of games, I honestly hope more people will play the Vanillaware games and reall...

No, that's wrong.
What he was talking about is projections.
So Square presumably said we expect this game to sell between 1m and 5m and they sold 3m.
What he said was "we didn't meet the high end projection" but they factually said multiple times that they game met sales expectations and was profitable.
The game sold 3m in it's first week, what other game has ever ...
The more market control Microsoft gets the higher that price is going to be.
They aren't even hiding the fact they are trying to monopolize the gaming industry so they can screw the consumers.
