I wasn't surprised that Housemarque made something like Returnal, but just that they have shifted from that Arcade style to TPS, and roguelike. But I still feel Returnal is intrinsically a Housemarque game. I do hope that they won't shy away from working on smaller arcade games(on the side).
I thought gamers go to internet cafes.
PSP has such great games, it's such a shame Vita didn't do as well, I still use mine I bought in 2014. I still would love an upgraded handheld if just for ports, though.
I get it 😉
Nah man, I have to figure out my storage situation by then and get a new card, this is stressful 😩. Ark beats the shit out of my 500GB NVMe main drive even when I installed it on a 1TB HDD.
Yeah, I played War Zone once in a while with my brother, while it wasn't a huge problem since I have 3TB for my PS4 Pro, it could be an issue if I had to be switching over a COD game to play on a PS5 for the enhancements.
I bet they show their ankles, better put an adult rating.
These games are actually fun, though.
Yeah, I've come to a realization that 500GB NVMe is not enough on my PC, so I mounted a 1TB HDD and 2.5" 120SDD, + 4TB external, just so I can swap out games(to NVMe, 2.5" SSD), Still a pain in the ass sometimes. I wish I had that problem on a next-gen console, though.
It's crazy that COD even needs so much data, it's not nearly as impressive looking as other games in the generation.
Leave Tony Hawk out of this or explain. Learn Japanese if you're going to be weeb dissing other games because you can't get an English translation.
9 VS 7 VS Ratchet &Clank is kinda wonky. But Chicory is a pretty charming game. Definitely some bias, though.
👀 🤚✋
If graphics are thing, then streaming will never catch up to native support. Get real.
Streaming games still sucks in my area until we can get fiber optics probably. I've tried all sorts of streaming services with the best available internet. Nope, can't do it, the input lag is way too much to be enjoyable for anything that requires constant motion.
Don't foget Loki, just saw the first episode, it's gonna be good.
Paid $60 for the year of ultimate and I can usually find something to play on Xbox One S/X and PC. i.e. I still have the Ori games, Ark, We Happy Few, AoE, No Man's Sky, Superhot MC, Slime Rancher.. goes on. Even revisiting favorites I've played on Playstation years ago. I can justify the $5 a month I spent, and still look for deals like that, I'll stack up those codes even if it's 7 days, lol.
Grated, maybe. Now it's last-gen New price.
Ok, try snapping those exact shots, at least 80+ of them. And it's pretty damning evidence that they used her photographs, which she had stated she wanted to be contacted for a license for use in commercial products. Are you kidding, me? So photographs can't be copyrighted, dance moves can't be copyrighted, let's get to literary works already.. Can't copyright specific strings of words because you can't own the language, right?
Those were increases in resolution, mostly. The jump from PS4/XB1 to PS5/XSX will not see as drastic a jump in game sizes as we're not anywhere close to seeing singular graphical hardware handling 8K, and the compression levels/SSDs mitigate a lot of the storage footprint. PS4/XB1 were always using high-quality assets, even before the mid-gen upgrades since they were developed alongside PC a lot of the time and the capability of the hardware to downsample them was there.
