Outer Worlds 1 and any dlc/updates or what have you will all be handled by Private Division I don't think they've indicated anything regarding future games.

Obsidian has said their work on Outer Worlds is part of why MS bought them but does that mean MS wants Outer Worlds itself or does MS want Obsidian to do new games like Outer Worlds but as a new IP is the question.

They're not making Outer Worlds under MS, Outer Worlds came before.

Alan Wake 2, Quantum Break 2, Max Payne 4 (not saying it would actually happened), Control, Control 2 I don't care. As long as Remedy keep making fantastic SP narrative driven games I'll keep playing them.

It's certainly possible for some sort of cosmetic mt's. I moreso mean the concern on the internet that it'd follow the likes of Destiny/Division/Anthem in the shared world, GAAS, live service nonsense, when it appears to be sticking to it's roots as a SP/COOP focused game. With emphasis on loot and characters.

@Elwenil
In this edition of gamers begging online for great SP/COOP games without BR/GAAS/MT/online only ect. then immediately finding any reason at all not to support it.

Like everything Machine Games makes, it looks fantastic.

Literally says PC, PS4, XBOX at the end of the trailer.

Will definitely give Vampyr and Edith Finch a try.

Did Destiny 1 & 2, the Division, Rainbow Six Siege, For Honor, No Man's Sky, Sea Of Theives recover? Yes. Even Fallout 76 has people starting to trickle back in with updates and dlc after it's abysmal launch.

Not saying I like Anthem or any of those other games but they all came back to achieve some level of success after poor launches and imo Anthem is way ahead of what NMS, SoT, and 76 launched with and isn't too far behind the level of content Destiny 1 ...

Hardcore Gamers: Where are all the SP focused new IP?!?!?
Also gamers: find literally any possible reason to leave a comment saying "remind me to buy the goty edition like a year later once it's half off"

I wonder why games like this aren't selling like they should and thus not getting made???

I actually loved FO4 honestly, it lost some of the RPG elements that made 3 and New Vegas so special but so much of that world is what I loved about 3/NV personally. I had very few technical issues at launch with it but I won't deny the fact that Bethesda needs a new engine badly. And I have haven't defended the disaster that is 76 one bit.

But this revisionist nonsense that Bethesda is trash, has always been trash, and will always be trash is ...

Ah a hate train bandwagoner, who only acknowledges Bethesda history from 2018-2019. And pretends Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 aren't all classics. And like they haven't had a phenomenal publishing track record this generation.

They've announced that all dlc and updates for 76 are free if I'm not mistaken. Although it could be some sort of special edition I guess.
I feel like it has to be 3/NV remaster.

Would love to see a decent remaster of 3 and/or NV.

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is actually a really good platformer.

Free to play, online, RPG.....yawn. I'm so tired of this current f2p trend. Would love to pay for a finished, even smaller scale game as oppose to these hallow f2p games that always promise to be as polished or content rich as a full $60 game but never are.

You're right, the first game in the reboot series was a fantastic origins game. And while Rise was technically better in a number of ways it and then Shadow after somehow stayed stuck in the "become the tomb raider" plot and didn't really advance Lara or the story past that point. They for some reason decided to make it a origin story trilogy instead of keeping the "origin story" to the first game and a half or so and progressing the narrative past...

Why when they see both the positive sales and reception response to taking their time with AC have they decided to start churning out Far Cry games completely deluding the series is beyond me.

Franchise fatigue compounded with lack of new ideas due to quick turnaround times is a great way to ruin a franchise.

Seems like a lot of issues in EA games lately stem from the fact that EA is forcing all their teams to use Frostbite for games the engine isn't designed to make...
Between interviews and behind the scenes info we know Dragon Age Inquisition and Mass Effect Andromeda had serious issues and time spent getting the engine to do what they needed from it. And now again here with Hennig's Star Wars game.

I've not spent a ton of time with it yet but I don't quite understand the hype. It's certainly not a bad game, it doesn't run or look like garbage (PUBG), it doesn't feel reactionary or derivative (Realm Royale or Radical Heights), and its free and not included with other parts of a game you might not want (Blackout or Battlefield V's) and it doesn't have building for those who don't like that (Fortnite). So I get the appeal.

It's a fine ...
