I love how much BF3 gets compared to CoD, when Battlefield did everything before CoD.

It justifies our expensive hardware I guess.
But still, it's suddenly made the game that much prettier, like noticeably prettier. Those tire tracks alone are reach-out-and-touch-them realistic.
We have a new benchmark, which we should have had a few months back but anyway.
Unfortunately DICE have to do the talking here. If EA did the talking, we'd all buy MW3. They seriously suck at marketing.

DICE and Battlefield have been around since before CoD was breast-feeding.

This is quite a sad day. DICE are the godfathers of gaming compared to other companies out there today.
And I dont care what CoD fanboys say, DICE have been making games since Infinity Ward were still sucking their mother's milk.
It's companies like DICE that command respect from the gaming community, so how dare any of you complain about their ability to make a console game.

This is basically console gamers whining about how crap their consoles are compared to PCs.

And DICE KNOW what they are doing. Bad Company and Bad Company 2 had 16 player maps. Always 16. ANd it was always more than enough. And the graphics were still awesome and it all ran perfectly fine.
Couple of hours in now and I have to say, it's an overall vast improvement over InFamous, yet still feels like the first, what with the climbing mechanics, combat style etc.
Just take that and add better and newer things on top and you cant really go wrong.
Hope you're taking note Activision...

Seriously. The consoles will NEVER be better than the PC. I love my PS3, but I know PC will give me a better experience every time, I just cant justify throwing £700 every year or 2 toward new hardware to run games at maximum spec anymore.
It will still look great. Hell, even if they made it look like Bad Company 2, it will STILL be one of the best looking games ever made.
Oh, and Crytek should be...
I'll never understand how CoD gets 9+ almost every year, when it's more repetitive than almost any other series out there.
But at the end of the day, a review is someone just voicing THEIR opinion on a product.

CoD fans will complain about Battlefield fanboys as we want to see CoD fail for all its' genericness, yet CoD fanboys are easily the largest out there.
