Battlefield has been around since before the devs at Infinity Ward were born. It has pedigree. It has proof of being better than CoD. SOund, animation, gameplay, maturity, won more IMPORTANT award...
Ive only seen MW3 posters where I live in the south west UK. Yet to see any big BF posters, but I know they're coming.
Seeing as BF comes out the month before CoD, BF will start rolling out the ads first, then CoD will steal people's minds at the last minute, launching a huge campaign a few weeks before BF's release to get the impulse buyers to get CoD instead.

Unfortunately I can see quite a few CoD kids coming over and hoping on the bandwagon, claiming they are BF fans. And then there are those sad enough to buy the game with the sole purpose of ruining the matches as they take place.
I dont want CoD players to come over to BF. None of them. Comparisons will go through the roof.

Stealth games can be very hit and miss. For instance, the AI in a stealth game is absolutely crucial.
Hitman's AI is usually terrible, Splinter Cell's has certainly improved over the years (Conviction has the best Ai yet but they're still laughable sometimes). Metal Gear Solid arguably leads the way in stealth games.
Mess up the AI making it too crap or too ''no way did he see me, thats so unfair'' sensitive and you ruin the w...

I love how the CoD fanboys are still defending a game that we've seen basically nothing about, and refuse to admit it's going to be the same recycled crap again with nothing new, just a new story, same old engine and gameplay over again.
BF3 is CLEARLY THE BETTER game, I just cant see how anyone could not see that it's obvious.
And they've recycled alot of the sounds from Bad Company 2 because, err, BC2 had hands-down the BEST sound in gaming....

Developers need to take a look at Steam and try to be as good as it is.
Steam is simple, effective and fast.
Yes it doesnt ALWAYS work, especially when you buy a disc that has to link to Steam to play...usually causes installation problems because it acts like you havent got Steam installed, so tries to install it in the same location, yet Steam is already there...confusion happens and it messes up.

Yes because its just a promotional gimmick that we didnt really want in the first place, like 3D TVs (seriously, anyone who bought those when they first came out is just...*sigh*). And it's, let's face it, quite crap.
