People don't need to argue to disagree with your point of view. Just because people disagree with your opinion, doesn't mean you're wrong. Don't get your panties in a twist.
I don't think anything about the game was necessarily bad, but perhaps not as well fleshed out as they would have liked. It seemed they were very ambitious and wanted to do a lot of things, but some of it wasn't as good as it could have been. Even if the game is just a good game, I have no problem supporting the developer trying to do something different than rehash the same thing others have done and pump out endless sequels.
This just doesn't make any sense. They had no problem with using people with a foreign accent in Just Cause 2, which is an original game. Why change it for a licensed product? Is it that hard to find an Australian voice actor who can speak clearly enough for people to understand? How about having American sounding voice actor fake an Australian accent. I'd prefer that.
Or 30m people who bought a new 360 to replace the broken one.
Just because you can self publish on Playstation doesn't mean it'll be flooded with crap. There's still an approval process to go through.
Working wonderfully for me. Downloading 4 games from PS+ and I think it's working faster than usual. I've hated the store since they updated it because of how slow it usually is, but it was decent today.
This is a new strategy by Best Buy to try and get more customers coming by having these partnerships with companies like Samsung and Microsoft setting up stations in Best Buy stores since these employees will be more knowledgeable than BB employees would be. I think this started earlier this year and probably hasn't rolled out to all locations yet. Not sure if they even will be in every store. So even if you don't see it in your locations, doesn't mean they don't exist. ...
The level of thick-headedness is truely astounding. They should be commited for study to see how they function.
"As for military personnel playing consoles: the defense given is that PS3/PS4 won’t be allowed on DoD networks. So the whole issue of military members switching to the PlayStation while on deployment is a non-issue."
THAT'S THE WHOLE BLIPING POINT! Military people usually don't have access to the internet, so the only way th...
I thought most of the reviews were fair and accurate. I don't think combat was as bad as most made it out to be and I enjoyed it very much. Still boggles me that they only had 4 memory remixes in the game, which is what drew me in to the game in the first place. The setting was wonderful, but the story was just alright.
Bottom line, I enjoyed it. It's a decent enjoyable game, but it isn't going to be blowing people away, and that's ok.
I ordered one, but never opened it. I have most of the guns on the cards already anyway, so, meh. Mask is a disappointment and thought the wanted posters would be separate, but I like the crumpled newspaper idea.
What the hell is up with this website? Even with a 1080p monitor, the text is so damn large I can only fit 15 lines on a page. 45 point font is TOO DAMN LARGE.
I wouldn't use a dev kit's available HD space as evidence of what the final product will have.
I don’t like having to pay to play online because I almost never do it. I’m okay with paying for PS+ because of all the other stuff I get out of it and that’s why I signed up for it in the first place. When I paid for Gold, I never felt I was getting much of anything out of it and it felt like a ripoff. That’s not be hypocritical because there’s a clear difference between the two.
Speaking of Nilin, I'm pretty sure there were articles about the fact that the lead character being a female would lead to lower sales, but the developer did what it took to make the game they wanted to make. Also, I think there was an article concerning Bioshock Infinite not including Elizabeth on the cover as it again would reduce sales. I never read the articles, but I think stats were provided.
No, it's a terrible analogy.
Phone. I'm at home, I download games, I head up to the cabin and have no access to internet. Games work fine.
Xbox. I'm at home, I download games, I head up to the cabin and have no access to the internet. Games do not work.
There's a signficant difference.
"he said, pointing to a smartphone. "This has to be always online and we didn't have to think about it."
No! nononononononono!
My smartphone doesn't need to always be online. Obviously, I can't make calls without a signal and can't download stuff, but I can still play all the games I have downloaded already. I'm so tired of this mischaracterization.
I hope the Bluetooth ones still work.
Let's hope they go with the original idea that Faith doesn't like guns and can't use them.
@JokesOnYou
You better not decide to take your Xbox to a place without an internet connection.
Why not? It says they'll accept unlimited orders for this weekend and until further notice. That doesn't mean supply won't be limited 4-5 months from now. And on the rare chance supplies won't be limited, cancel the order.
