Even though its technically the weaker of the 2 systems on paper, I have really been enjoying the launch exclusives it has (Ryse and Dead Rising 3 are a blast, especially coop)
Beat AC4 and Killzone on PS4, and since BF4 has been having so many issues lately the xbone has been a nice change. Kindof hitting a lull with my PS4 right now.. really excited about the games that are coming out for it though.
Glad nothing security-wise was compromised, but yeah this is getting annoying.
Would've rather it stayed an exclusive, not a watered down multi-plat
Forza 5 for $40 is pretty solid
Its clear that both systems from launch still have a long way to go with optimizations, grats to M$ for getting a nice patch out pretty quickly.
Haven't played it, but they have a NCIS game pictured and I just really can't envision how that's a "hidden gem". Otherwise nice list in the article
Does an HD remake require the same amount of work as making a new game?
Then why should we be required to pay the same amount of money?
Been having issues getting online with BF4 lately, but then again could just be the game...
Can never have too many RPG choices, can't wait
Fun game, but I want more levels
Ski free? Loved that game
Wouldn't give the game a perfect score, but after actually trying it, it's a really fun and solid game. I'm not even into racing sims that much
Stupid article, but imo the main fear has to be longevity - Most electronics (tablets, phones, etc) are obsolete basically after one year.
I hope I'm wrong, but I can definitely see both sony and ms cutting this generation shorter than we have seen for prior consoles
It's leaking out of the top of the unit? Looks like something was spilled on it. This is ridiculous
I have no doubt that sony made a killing in sales over the holidays (glad I got mine at launch), but that article was terrible. It offered absolutely nothing of value, no facts, and just clearly sounded like it was written by a high schooler with a grudge against M$.
Good! Way too many rushed games nowadays, glad they are taking the time to get it right
The game has plenty of flaws, but props to their team on making some impressive car models
Very impressive, wonder why the kinect was left untouched tho
I didn't mean that as a knock on either game, but focusing only on lighting and shader effects, Im just pointing out that the Snowdrop engine has set the bar pretty high.
I loved Killzone, but at times environments felt pretty static, things were too perfect/clean imo.
True, just because its an exclusive doesn't mean its going to be a great game - but I think generally exclusives have the possibility* of being better simply because resources are focused on polishing 1 build, rather than making 4 different versions.
