Agreed. The game breaking bugs also hold RDR2 back, immensely. Shame. God of War, though. It's a masterpiece both technically and in terms of game play.

I give the nod to God of War, personally. Excellent game, with excellent gameplay. So well executed.

The thing is, I love this game, and I can't get enough, but it's completely broken for me. If you had MY experience, sir, you would lose respect for the devs. I promise, you would.

But... it hasn't happened to you, so you're having a great time. I get it, and I'm happy others are happy. Still, I'VE been majorly screwed in both of my plays, and I've lost so many hours.

Yeah, and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. This isn't just the odd floaty horse or person falling through the map issue, it's entire parts of the game being missable, and disappearing. The game is broken. There's simply no excuse. I've never really get mad when it comes to games, in any way, but right now, I'm fuming.

I bought a completely broken, non-refundable product. For the people who got lucky enough to have no issues. Glad you had...

Yeah, realism. Realism as in the train being locked out of your game. Realism as in the all my camp upgrades disappearing in Chapter 2, and even Arthur's shaving stand. Realism as in flying horses.

I have absolutely zero respect for this developer now. To release such a buggy, broken, mess of a game that I've restarted once, losing countless hours. After that, I get the camp bug, but it's much worse than just 3 people missing. The butchery, shaving stand, ledger...

OK, now half of my camp is missing. OMFG. I had everything upgraded and decked out. The shaving stand is gone. The ledger and contribution box is gone. LMAO. What a joke.

It should not have bugs of this magnitude though. My train literally vanished from the game world. It's as if it wasn't included in my game. I started wondering what was going on after 3 days of play with no sight of the train. I never used them, and I never had need for them, until the Sharpshooter challenge - "Shoot five birds from the top of a moving train."

Buying tickets takes me to a five second load screen. When it's done, I'm back in the s...

This game has so many bugs. The train literally disappeared from my game. When I would go to purchase tickets, it would take me into a five second load screen. After the load screen, I'd be standing in front of the ticket booth with no deduction from my balance.

Trains are disappearing into thin air and passengers are hovering where they once sat or stood. Horses are flying as if they had rocket propulsion in their asses. Check out this gem. 2642d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

I just played that mission (after a new game needed to be started) and Micah stopped dead in the road after we escaped Strawberry. Just stopped riding. Meanwhile, it says at the bottom Escape the law with Micah. I try everything. Getting off my horse. Shooting him. Shooting his horse. Bastard wouldn't budge.

So, I to ride all the way from camp to Strawberry and do the whole damned mission over. This is just as buggy (although the engine is better) than any Fallout game....

Bugs. Game. Breaking. BUGS. The train is literally locked out of my game. I haven't seen it in three days. Used to be common as deer, seeing the train go by every time I came to a crossing. When I purchase a ticket, my balance isn't reduced, and it goes into a loading screen. Then, nothing happens.

FOUR main characters also have the potential to bug out, and be locked out of the camp. Not sure if I'm going to keep playing or not. So much work. Gone.

What a pretentious piece of shit. I don't even have to read his argument. I can guess what it is. The argument that detractors are uncultured, uneducated Call of Duty players with no appreciation for anything beyond that type of simplicity. The argument that we're just 'hating' on something popular.

There's nothing thrilling about this game. It's simply boring. To me, anyway. As I was trying to complete some Sharpshooter challenges, I realized I wasn...

One question. If you have the X and the Pro, why would you wittingly pick the Pro version, when it's clearly inferior?

Agreed. The paranoia is just as bad as actual SJWism itself now. I get what critics are saying about how it feels forced, because honestly, it is. Still, I can look the other way at times. Especially when it comes to Naughty Dog, and especially when it comes to this franchise.

I love everyone, and I'm no bigot, but yes, they're pushing an agenda. Honestly, what's even worse, is that LGBTQ don't want this. They don't want to be propped up, and be told th...

This is great to hear. This is still my most anticipated item in gaming, hands down. It's always great when devs are actually excited to go to work and work on their project. That's what I've gleaned from this quote at least. I know not all devs feel this way.

2649d ago 2 agree1 disagreeView comment

Yeah, by far the most annoying thing in this game is positioning yourself correctly to loot things. Especially in crowded areas full of lootable things. You have to painstakingly position the camera until the object you want to loot is highlighted. Then you have to wait for the animation which sometimes looks silly, because Arthur will float into position to pick up some hay or place it down. It's slow, tedious, and downright aggravating. It literally makes me hot under the collar to thin...

I really like the game, but it's easy for anyone with even a modicum of intelligence to appreciate his arguments.

Ha. Yes. I remember an argument being made (I think on this very site) that snipers had an advantage in Call of Duty Ghosts on PS4. Apparently the lower resolution on Xbox One made distance targets harder to see.
