The Order was a fresh experience. Not the most compelling game, but I didn't want to put it down, and platted it. Good for what it was.
Quantum was something different as well, but a little less fun to actually play, imo. The 'acting' was done in a cheese factory too. Completed one path and never returned to it.
Ryse was excellent. Enjoyed the game and its story. It's unlikely, but I wish they'd make a sequel.
Naughty Dog's long, lost masterpiece. Sorta reminds me of Pit Fighter.
Also, wtf @ "That should always be your choice." Barring parties and friends you enter matchmaking with, you've never been able to choose who you play with. You get matched and that's it! You've never had a choice!
Personally, I'm indifferent to the whole thing, but why on Earth would this bother you?
L.A. Noire? That game was brilliant, unconventional, and was way ahead of its time in certain technical areas. If solving cases and reading characters body language sounds intriguing to you, give it a try.
My favorite R* game easily.
You will die.
Made a lot of people look foolish. Not naming names.
Oh, well if it wasn't, it'd be on GamePass.
GamePass imminent.
That looks so dull.
I think it looks brilliant, then again, I really like the Souls/borne games. The combat looks fantastic and challenging. Looks like you'll have really be on point with the button presses. The story also seems less nebulous than what we've seen in DS and BB though. Whoever this protagonist is looks to have a clear past and a clear mission.
So far so good.
Yeahhh. This puritanical nonsense by Sony is pretty ridiculous. The game is for "Mature" players. Slap the rating on it and let it be.
I upgraded because I like the beefiness of the X, and own a 4K television, and as late in the game as the X may be, I've gotten plenty of use out of it.
Honestly, casual gamers (not in the know) aren't really even aware of performance issues. They're not performance conscious. They play their favorite games and have no idea what 'frame rate' means, or what Digital Foundry is.
It appears as though devs are leaving the S and original Xbox One on the back burner as this gen draws to a close, as the games are undercooked (pun intended) on both platforms.
Games are getting more complex, and the older Xbox models just can't keep up. They're really focusing on the more capable hardware of the X, and that's good, but it stinks for S and Xbox One users.
Agreed. I just don't see such an acquisition happening.
I think annual Call of Duty is ridiculous anyway. I played Modern Warfare for so long and was perfectly content in doing so back in my FPS glory days. Nowadays, people are just getting used to a CoD when they pack their shit and move onto the next one.
I remember actually being excited for a new CoD and studying the weapons and going over new maps with anticipation. Now, I couldn't be any less impressed with what's being spat out by these developers on a yearly basi...
Grain. Of. Salt.
And that's that.
Saturday Night Slam (lol) Masters.
The touch pad clashes with the rest of the colors, otherwise it'd be fine.
