How would Turn 10 even know how they stack up if GT5 hasn't even released yet? Shouldn't they at least wait until they've played it to tell us how they stack up?

Can't wait to pick this up. Believe it or not, but I still haven't played GoW 2. I know, I know. It came out at a bad time for me and I never went back to play it. Now I can have the definitive quasi-HD version with trophies. One more week won't kill me when I've been waiting years to play it.

Hey better late than never. Welcome to the party we've been enjoying since Uncharted 1. Everything this story says could have been (and was) said about the first version. Uncharted 2 is simply an amazing continuation of an amazing series.

I can understand why a dev would make a multiplat game look the same on 360 & PS3. I don't like it, but I can at least understand it.
Consider the fallout if they didn't make them the same: Possibly poor sales for one console do to an "inferior" version. Anyhow, on topic, it's no wonder this game and others (Rage, maybe?) copy or will copy Fallout 3 to some degree. Fallout 3 was epic and I don't blame any dev for "borrowing" a few of Bethesda's ideas.

The funny thing is, I remember reading that the only reason Interplay could even "reopen" their doors was buy selling the Fallout rights to Bethesda. Otherwise they would have gone bust and wouldn't even be in a position to make games let alone pay to keep the lights on. The article (can't seem to find it) even made it seem as though Bethesda basically gave Interplay a chance to still develop the Fallout MMO.

I always thought I was the only person who ever really played Tropico. Glad to see there are others who enjoyed as much as me. Still have the original and expansion (also Tropico 2, but didn't enjoy the pirate thing as much). Haven't played in a bit, but I'm going to go load this up right now.
Kind of off subject, but I gotta say that I'm diggin the US cover more than the Asian editions. The smoky knight looks way more badass. Although the dead, arrow riddled knight is probably more realistic. This game can kick your ass.

I bought my copy at Best Buy. They only had two when I got it, but they obviously received some.
BTW, fack Best Buy. I just had a gift card. There is always one particular Target that nobody must ever go to because they've usually got plenty of copies of the newer games (bought Uncharted 2 there today). But even they had no Demon's Souls.
The only DLC that wasn't really buggy was Mothership Zeta for me. Everything else continuously crashed or basically paused for 20 seconds or more. A few times the game actually just shut off and went back to the XMB like I had selected quit game or something. Weird stuff. Most of the DLC was fun though.

Holy Sh!t. Commercial just aired during the game. All I can say is I just watched 3 times and couldn't keep my jaw from dropping. I think I'm officially hyped.

Forte couldn't even carry Peterson's cleats from the locker room to the field. That had to have been the dumbest analogy I've heard in a long time. If the guy understood what he was saying to anyone who knows a lick about football then I would assume he's saying PS3 is Peterson (simply the best running back in football) and the 360 is Forte (basically a top 15 running back in football, if that). Riiight...
