Depends on your personal taste. Demon's Souls is a demanding, old school game that requires patience and practice. Dragon's Age is more along the lines of a KOTOR or Mass Effect. It's more story driven. Each one offers a different RPG experience. If I were you I'd just get them both.
Ben Dutka has been great since I've been go to the website. They've made a lot of changes to the site over the past few years, but he hasn't one bit. Always unbiased and tells it like it is.
Kevin Butler's (or whatever his real name is) comedic style is hilarious. Even his old Geico commercials always cracked me up.
Jeez, you both would have huge companies. 100 man teams could do a lot of work. Naughty Dog only employees approx. 100 workers. You could have 15 companies at that rate.
Def must buy.
Monkey see, monkey do doesn't fly in the real world as a legal defense. Just cause somebody else broke street date don't make it right for the next guy.
I should use that excuse the next time I get pulled over for speeding. "Bu, bu, but I was just following the guy in front of me."
How fair is that? Oh wait, we're talking about IW here aren't we...
Does the author have a clue? 11 November is Veteran's Day, not Memorial Day. What kind of noob does it take to look at a calendar.
BTW, Veteran's Day is meant to acknowledge the sacrifices and dedication our veterans (of which I am one) have made for all. Memorial Day is to remember those who have given their lives in defense of our country.
So playing MW2 on Veteran's Day doesn't have anything to do with anything. It's a video game for chrissakes.
...
I'm so excited for this. I still haven't played 2 so it's going to rock. I know this is all about money, but the fan service is great. Two games upgraded to HD, one BD, trophies and a fair price point equal must buy.
Q-Games has proven to be one of (if not the best) developers on the PS3/PSN. Their games are unique and a blast. Can't wait to get my hands on Shooter and this uber-secret project.
Mine does. 60GB FTW.
Ok, stupid question, but why? Why even go down this path at all? What does it prove?
Does taking all of those items out of the PC version really help Activision's or IW's bottom line? Why fvck your fans when it's really not going to make any difference IMO in how much money they will make by not "supporting" the items listed in the NeoGaf thread.
I refer to the bottom line, because we all know most decisions are based on money. I just don't see how this...
When you see a Bungie game on a Sony console you'll see an Insomniac game on a MS console...
IOW, don't hold your breath.
Second time this week I've read that someone thinks this game is only QTEs, but it's wrong. Yes, there are QTEs, but that isn't the whole game. It would be like saying that GOW is a QTE game...
Prob wait for a used copy for PS3. Dedicated servers don't really affect me much (although it does suck for PC gamers), but I've got way too much to play right now and I haven't even grabbed R&C yet. Dragon Origins looks like must buy for me not to mention AC2...
Demon's Souls if this baseball game ever ends...
With the areas turning black it's almost like a double XP weekend on CoD. I was getting my ass kicked earlier by stuff that I usually breeze through.
Clowns FTL.
There's no way that GoW 3 is behind MAG on my personal list. Shoot, GoW probably should be #1, but I can't completely argue with Heavy Rain.
Can't remember where I read it yesterday, but apart of the interview, where this news came from, were comments about Netflix coming to Europe in the future as well.
Don't forget Heavy Rain, MAG and WKC.
Also, don't expect a LBP follow-up for a long time. They've already said that it wouldn't be a good idea to split their fan support between two versions. Expect them to release more content (like MGS) next year.
