I played it hrough, did the online, and some dlc. In all honesty though it's not all that special.
Mass effect 2 is definitely a top runner though I would have God of war 3 in there because it's a rare thing for a game to have me shouting (AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!) from sheer adrenaline and excitement as I kill an enemy.
May I suggest modnation racers if you like kart games. It's the LBP of karting. Also 3d dot game heroes is pretty rad if old school rpg floats your boat.
The playstation classics games are a good place to start as well. Their a bit cheaper than standard games and have multiple games in them. God of war and sly cooper collections are the only ones out so far I think.

I lost bubbles for making valid pants. In order to not lose anymore I've had to refrain from making any inflammatory remarks about any system. Even if it is true and in the news or obvious based on hardware.
It only needs hd resolution and 60 fps and it'll be awesome. Lacking that though yeah it's got some problems.

People only bandy the term about because back in the day sega dropped out of consoles. Many people attribute this to nintendo and sony but it was mostly through poor management.
In any case I very much doubt we'll see anything of the sort this generation of consoles or the next. I can see nintendo sony and microsoft happily selling consoles to people at the same time.
