I went ahead and ordered one. I've always kind of wanted move, but wasn't willing to spend $200 for move to play with two people, however with a 60 dollar discount it should only cost around $120 for a two person move.
Just Cause 2??????
question, I don't really care a lot for Killzone, but should all copies that are on shelves now come with a Socom code? Because I'll buy Killzone just for a Socom beta code.
These deals are never that good. You can always buy 2 games used and come out spending $5-10 less.
Mix Just Cause 2 with Jurassic Park
absolutely. I hope nobody plays the new way, and zipper completely cans the thought of revolutionizing socom for future releases. However, with that being said, socom fans, especially those of us that have played since day one of socom one competitively on socombattles and gamebattles are pretty much impossible to please.
the fact that you think Socom Confrontation plays anything like Socom 2 is baffling to me.
Slant Six messed up Socom, a title that took a challenge to mess up, so honestly they would be trusted with a new IP? I mean Socom 3 and Socom CA were blasted by the hardcore players of Socom 1 and 2 yet those two games still managed tons of players to continue playing, how goes that Socom Confrontation? I was one of the players that played all 4 Socoms religiously, then Confrontation came out and I bought it day 1. Lets just say however that I've easily played confrontation less than 20 ...
Or I can buy another copy of Black Ops off of amazon for 39.99 with free 2-day shipping and then trade it in for a $20 discount on Killzone. Actually I can buy a few copies and get $20 off on Socom, Killzone and any other upcoming game that I'm interested in on release day! Not a bad deal..
I don't know how to label myself. I usually have that one online game that I play all the time, right now it's NHL 11 and then I have a single player game that I usually play, like currently it is fallout 3. However, when my buddies are on I always play NHL over anything else. I have Black Ops and Socom Confrontation, but I just can't get myself to play either because I don't have any friends that play the game for PS3. Sadly all of my friends/family own Xbox 360's which I...
Air strikes? Are you fucking kidding me. I love Socom a lot, but the game play better be amazing because the game modes, tactical air strike, and leveling up guns sounds like pure shit. I know people love to level up guns, but that's never been a part of Socom, we don't need a third person Call of Duty.
I have a ps3 already, but I figured maybe I can give one to my girlfriend and at $50, why not?
I see nothing about a sharp shooter. Everything says PS3 Console (new). That includes the open order screen on amazon, the email I was sent, and both the receipt and the order info screen on amazon.
edit: I should probably also mention that when I'm in the open orders screen and I click on the PS3 the link takes me to a page that says:
Looking for something?
We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site
It was listed on Amazon at that price..I ordered one, but I fully expect it to be canceled, but I figured it was worth an attempt.
I've wanted to use the video store, but I'm not going to pay, I think it is $6 to rent an HD version of a new movie when I can head out to blockbuster and rent it on blu-ray for $3 for three days. If they lowered the rent price to $3 for 24 hours I'd use the video store much more, but as the price is now, there is no chance I'd download. As far as new movies go, there is also no way I'm going to buy a digital copy of a movie when I can buy a Bluray/DVD/Digital copy bundle ...
If I am trailing big in a race, you better believe I'm turning around and trying to hit someone head on!
Thanks for the heads up. I have no clue what this game is, but it looks interesting, and for 10 cents I see no reason not to buy it.
spoiler alert dude.
Obviously the PS3 has it's limits, but I'm still enjoying this generations games, so I can wait for the next gen stuff, well, next gen. I just can't wait to play this game.
I bought Killzone specifically for the beta code. The multiplayer for Killzone is okay, but it's not really my style. Sold it on amazon for $45 so I paid $15 for a beta code. Stupid? Maybe, but I don't know how to get a beta code without Killzone so I took the risk, hopefully zipper makes it worth it.
