It can't be worst than Street Fighter of DOA.
Gears of War got a good rating because, it was the best game available on 360 when it was released. But on the PC there are plenty of other games that easily outclass Gears, that's most likely why they scored it so low. You have better options on the PC than Gears.
This title says it's a review, but it's just a preview :( Any how I expect this game to get great reviews.
Agreed, hopefully it's modern warfare again. Speaking of which why don't they just have two versions of Call of Duty. The WW II version and the modern warfare version.
I believe FF13 is still on for 2008, however FF13 vs. is supposed to be out in 2009. I haven't heard anything about Eight Days. Coded Arms has been canceled I don't remember where I heard it, but I know it was canned. And Motorstorm 2 is guaranteed since Sony bought Evolution studios.
This list is a little sketchy, but you have to remember these are games that GI spent time with. I'm guessing FF13 and all the others games everyone wants to be on this list haven't been played or interviewed by game informer. Just my opinion.
The visualization does work it's just a sandy looking screen, and after a few seconds scribbles start sketching into the sand.
Wow. The only way I can see this happening is if Sony's counting PS2, PSP, and PS3. Other than that unless they drop the price of the PS3 to $99 there's no way that's going to happen. Maybe it's a misprint, and they meant to say they'll sell $33 million PS3's by March 2009.
When was Budokai on the Wii?
Oh Well I'm glad it play like Budokai instead of Tenkaichi. The Budokai trilogy did the anime the most justice, the fights were fast, fun, and very cinematic. The one thing I hope they keep from Tenkaichi is the openness of the stages the bigger stages was nice to have.
As far as CG Heavenly Sword takes the cake easily.
But in game is going to be very difficult to decide all of these games look amazing in action.
There are others games that should be added to this list, but overall I agree with their choices.
I think the Wii is only going to sell to kids and casual gamers from this point on (unless your a die hard Nintendo fanboy). The Wii is in the same loop hole as most of the Nintendo consoles before it. The only good games are first party games.

Super Smash Bros.
Mario Kart
Pokemon
Animal Crossing
And if you don't like one of those games then you won't find a good Wii game at all.

They are making a DBZ game for PS3 and Xbox 360. I read an article about it earlier. It's not coming out until late 2009 or early 2010. They had a scan of it, but the picture was so small you could barely see anything. It looked almost as good as Naruto for the 360. Hopefully it plays like the Budokai series instead of the Tenkaichi series.
I wonder what features they're going to add when the actual game comes out later next year or 2009 (GT5). I heard a rumor they were going to have like 900 or 9000 cars. While a variety of cars is nice I hope they add more interesting features to the final product.
Kratos and MC would be great to have in Soul Cal. Good idea.
I hope it plays like Budokai 3. To me none of the Tenkaichi series come cllose to matching the rush I got from Budokai 3 (One of the best anime games ever).

I think your on to something except Naughty Dog doing tekken. Tekken 6 just might run at 60 fps and in 1080p. If that's the case then the non-wowing graphics can be excused somewhat. Remember the arcade version is supposed to drop before the PS3 version, therefore they may have time to beef up the game. All may not be lost.

The PS3 is the best value of the three systems, no doubt. But this gen the Xbox 306 is coming in to it's own. In 2008 the 360 will have more of a diversity of games even though the PS3 will have an even better line-up from what we know. The 360 deserves a little more respect than what this article gives.
Budokai 3 was the best DBZ game ever to me anyway. This game looks like it's a slight upgrade to Budokai 3. I'll have to see it in action. I though the graphics would be better than this after seeing the Naruto game 360, and the one coming to PS3. As long as the gameplay is great then I guess graphics don't matter as much.
