:) Character models look great.
:( Everything else sucks.
If I recall correctly 1up.com said this game now looks as good as Gears of War after taking the extra months off to tweak the game. After seeing these screen shots I wonder if they are from the original build or if 1up has lost their minds.
As far as a portable gaming device the PSP is great, but no one want to lag around UMD's when you can easily download a game from the PS Store. I think a UMD slot would be ok, but I'm all for the flash memory. With a UMD slot you have to buy memory sticks to use the other functions of the current PSP, and I listen to the mp3 player more than anything. And by the time the PSP2 releases (sometime after 2010) flash memory will see a drop in price, and more families will adopt computers into t...
I think it should have had a larger roster of characters (50), and all the other characters should have stayed (I'll miss Mewtwo).
I think players move set should be varied. (The Fox, Wolf, Falco thing is absurd) If your going to make similar characters at least give them slightly different play styles or make the move look different.
Everyone should have had their own original Final Smash.
But even after all of that I still love SSB series, and ...
I'm kind of disappointed. I was expecting at least 30 different characters in this game, and even though they have 35 characters at least 5 of them are clones of another player. I hate that many of the characters still have the exact same move set from SSBM. I'm upset they got rid of Mewtwo I liked Mewtwo a lot :( .
This game is kind of like Melee 1.5. This was the only game I wanted for the Wii, I'm still going to get it, but I'm still disappointed.
I love the Smash series. I hate they got rid of some characters :( Samus and Mewtwo were my favorites. The graphics aren't as huge of a leap as I was expecting them to be, but what matters most with this game is truly gameplay. I'll have to buy a Wii later on just for this game alone. Definitely Nintendo's GOTY.
How about Marvel vs. Capcom 3 with the graphics from the Street Fighter 4 trailer.
This site better give it a 7/10. Based off what we've seen so far Ninja Gaiden II is exactly the same as the first 3 versions.
I agree that DMC4's gameplay hasn't changed much (based off the demo), but people who buy this game enjoy that gameplay. And regardless of how familiar it is the game is polished extremely well and for that reason alone it should not have scored below 8/10
Now that's what I call an Xbot. Sorry couldn't resist.
But seriously this guy needs to be locked up. Killing your own baby over something as petty as unplugging your game. I mean its most games save automatically so he wouldn't have lost much anyway. This guy had problems to begin with and unfortunately his child was the one he took them out on.
I think it's because the actually gameplay clips were wayyyyyyyy too short. They spent time showing how to make room for stickers instead of showing us actually gameplay of the characters. Still going to be a great game.
a little lackluster, but still going to be an amazing game. This is Nintendo's Halo.
Not exactly what I was expecting after seeing the preview of this game in an earlier Game Informer. But based on the openess of this game the graphics look pretty darn good.

The only thing I could come up with is that Capcom thinks most people will pick of the PS3 version so they want to cash in on it, while tempting 360 owners into buying it, by giving them a discount. That or development for the PS3 version cost more. Either way shame on Capcom again another way to push PS3 owners further away from your games.
It won't after this score gets added. All Wii owners are looking for a game to play until Brawl comes out. And we were hoping No More Heroes would be the beginning of good 3rd party support. While the game is a lot better than most 3rd party games on the Wii it still isn't a great game. It's a good game, but not a great one.
Now it's 85/100
There's no denying the Resistance 2 is graphically superior to Resistance 1, but I kind of like the dusty look of the first one. It kind of help set the mood for the game (old war-torn battlefield). But in the end Resistance 2 is the better looking game already.
I'm not to sure about this. I haven't bought a DBZ game since Budokai 3, because I hate the Tenkaichi gameplay. I know this game seems to play like the Budokai style, but I'll have to rent it first.
I have to disagree with the guy a lot of people are holding out for this game alone. I sold my Wii when I found out SSBB was getting delayed. Now that it's almost upon us (even though it got delayed again) I'm thinking about buying another Wii for this game alone, but I'll probably wait until the Wii drops down to $199 which should happen this year, but I won't hold my breath.
Visually the game looks amazing, except for the driving part it was ok. But the gameplay for that mission was lackluster. This game is coming out with 2 other huge shooters and based off that mission alone Haze will be completely overshadowed, unless it comes out months before Resistance 2 and Killzone 2.
Ideas to help Haze
The nectar mechanic should be a lot more useful than what it does. It should allow you to see the enemy's body temperature in the jungle e...
The first video was awful. The second one was a little better. Overall this game looks like a sloppy copy of Unreal Tournament.
