In R2 the story didn't fall apart it was told to quick. The doctor gave away everything in one cut scene which sucked. They could have lead us on longer, and provided around 2 - 3 more hours of gameplay had the doctor not told everything.
The story wasn't bad in R2. It's just you were told the whole thing in minutes, then it was time to kill and get ready to die, which sucks because Resistance has one of the most entertaining stories in a FPS.
With all this Killzone 2 love, i better see a multitude of 9's and 10's come review time unless the game breaks down completely which I don't see happening.
I think every game should have controller settings. COD controls didn't work for me, nor Resistance or most games So I thank the developers who include it in their games.

Wrong both look amazing. At first I was all for Infamous over Prototype, until this trailer came out (the other Prototype trailers were bland).
The city in Prototype looks a little bland, meaning it's just people walking around then they run for their live when you start killing. Infamous is the same way, but there's more interaction within the city from what I've seen so far.

I agree with most of the people on here except Microsoft is trying to stop people from purchasing Killzone 2, they are trying to garner enough content to sell so they can say Killzone 2 didn't affect 360 content because we sold a lot of software too.

It looks great. I hope they change the lightning bolt animation, it doesn't have a dramatic feel to it, he just raise his hand and lightning strikes in the direction of the goons. You should have to target people a little more.
Enough with this already it's coming between 2010 - 2012 we know. Until someone comes up with the exact date then stop guessing the years that everyone expects it to come out.
The Wii 2 coming out in 2010 means Nintendo will only leave their console on the market for 4 years. I doubt this unless you only expect the Wii to get an upgrade rather than a full new next gen console (in the Wii 2's case another last gen).

That trailer was a bad representation of the game. If I only saw that I wouldn't have the slightest interest in Infamous, but I've seen the ones on IGN and I know that game is going to be great.

Again I have said this from the beginning. I want Spades, Poker, even go fish in Home. Card games are always popular. Most of the time Yahoo's Spade rooms are so packed its hard to get in a room let alone a game. Bring card table to the mix. And if you can bring Uno and Pahse 10 they are the best.
If you haven't played Pahse 10 you need to go buy a deck now you will be up for hours 1. because it's that fun, and 2. because it usually takes 1 - 2 hours for a person to win with...
I'm not hyped for this at all, but it will see if they have commericals without gameplay, so uninformed people will waste $60 on a game they believe will be like Halo 3.
It all boils down to when MS ships their new console (2010 earliest 2012 latest). Sony will probably follow suit and release their console even later than the next xbox to ensure they have the most powerful hardware hands down no question (PS4 2010 earliest 2014 latest).

I truly hop not. The trailer doesn't do anything to help sway my belief that it won't suck, but Kristen (???) did a good job in her fighting scenes in Smallville, Vega looks cool and crazy, and I just really hope it turns out to be decent.

The main draw is the fighting for the PS3 version which completely obliterates the 360 version. Where as the 360 version main draw is the story which I agree is better than the PS3's versions, but that's not saying much, because it's mostly mini games too. The loading screens aren't nearly as bad as everyone says there are. I've never waited over 10 sec. to get into any part of the game. Graphics don't peak out a consoles. It's the whole package of physics, scales, graphics, environments, etc... Graphics is only a small part of peaking a system.
If I'm not mistaken I believe Square said that it's a good thing Final Fantasy 13 is going mulitplat, because people who only own a 360 won't have to go out and buy a PS3 just to play the game.
So why is that gamers have to go out and buy a Xbox 360 if they don't have one to play Star Ocean. I for one don't mind games going multiplat, but when you state something like they said above they should apply it to every game and not just one.
