See Crysis running at its max, and you'll know what graphics truly are.
Killzone 2 looks extremely good, but a full powered Crysis is untouchable, at this point in time.
Isn't Ericsson a part of Sony, so they'll be giving that division money for the p[hone aspect, but all the revenue comes back to Sony as a company.
I don't think it should be a phone either, that's another way to jack-up the price. That being said it should have the built in mic, and an app store (Here developers can make a phone application which wouldn't have anything to do with hardware price).
OMG I thought they were joking when they first showed the black guy. I'll be interesting to see how they handle him. Will he be a dumb@$$ Cole Train or sleek and cool Drebin.
If you look a his pic. he kind of looks like Steve Harvey.
They say many of the exclusives that were hyped up by Sony fell through the floor. What were these many exclusives that fell through the floor, because every exclusive that Sony backed has been favorably reviewed by reviews and the public with the exception of Lair and Haze (the latter wasn't really backed up by Sony).
But other than that most of the points are good ones.
The single player is the most important part of a game to me. Sure I enjoy going online and kicking @$$, but the single player gives me much more satisfaction than the multiplayer.
The single player traps you in the lore and world of the game, which is what I enjoy the most. The time and effort the developers put into making the single player should not go unnoticed.
Multiplayer only games like Warhawkk, Socom, are great, but I do enjoy my single player.
More and more of these articles are beginning to pop up, and they need to. It's about time the PS3 gets it overdue respect.
Go find something else to hate on.
I'd be fine with 2010. But I pray for a 2009 release date.
I think we're all going to die soon. I think the earth is plummeting towards the sun, because every year seems to go by quicker and quicker. GDC is only 2 months away, and after that E3 will be less than 2 moths away. Lipzig (can't spell it), TGS, and before you know it 2010's here.
WE'RE ALL DOOMED. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD DDDDDDDD
Very good article.
This needs to be sent to all of the gaming media. The problem to me is that no ones saying anything about it. Instead of us addressing the source come to n4g and write about it in the gamer zone.
Address the source. If you have a problem with something you find out that sites contact information, and you complain about it, but it takes more than one person. This should have stopped a while ago and it should definitely stop now that we're headed...
I just want to know when is America going to get high speed internet like other countries have, I want to be able to download huge files in minutes not hours.
I'm really looking forward to this game. It looks good enough graphically. I was going to give it some slack since its and MMO, but the game look fine. It looks like a cross between Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Crackdown, which is weird, but still looks sick.
Gameplay seems varied and I just can't wait for this to come out. I've never been a fan of MMO's, because I've never been a true PC gamer, but I hope this or the Agency will be my first.
LOL
Since when has Killzone been set in Africa. Well according to the environment comparison, and when have African been in Killzone 2. If I didn't know any better I'd say that's Far Cry 2 and not Killzone 2, but no one could get those games mixed up could they?
The game sold 1.5 million which is a little more than I would expect a Tomb Raider game to sell, so what were they expecting it to do reach 3 mil. The problem wasn't the game it's just that Tomb Raider hasn't been big since the PS1. Lara Croft just isn't enough to sell this game. Tomb Raider isn't up to par with today's games, its core gameplay foundation is still stuck in the days of PS1, and needs to evolve to be successful.
That being said this Tomb Raider was a decent game...
I think it's complete bull that people complain about finding the rocket launcher and knowing there's a boss. Almost every shooter does it, except you have to find the weapon after you encounter the boss. SO seeing the boss first then finding the rocket launcher would have made it better?
Resistance 2 is one of the best FPS. Single Player was just fine. It didn't have enough story to me compared to Resistance 1, but overall it was still good. Co-op is great, as well as compe...
I had a feeling that this game was going to be boring also, and it's still there a little, but I think it's because I have no clue about the story and the only people I see him fight are the same red hooded thugs.
This and Prototype have really caught my attention; however and I will be sure to check both game out.
Prototype seems like it's going to be like going on a killing spree in GTA, fun but wears off after a while. I hope both game show more story as it's eas...
I appreciate Mirror's Edge and I enjoyed playing it for the most part, but it's not my cup of tea.
Great now just bring 'em out.
Love Single Player and Multiplayer demo
I'm sure they did know, but they needed that head start.
Looking really good, not as good as a launch 360 title like they said, but good.
Finally looks current gen.
