I'm shocked it was number 2, I expected number 4 or higher (5,6,7,8). You have to remember most people are pre-ordering the game at gamestop for the demo in February, so I would have thought that amazon would have lost a lot of pre-orders because of that, but it still managed to be number 2. This game is going to sell.
About what I expected price wise, but I didn't expect the game until March. You know Sping and Flowers and all that good stuff.

They look the same. The only difference is that the 360 version has a more contrasted look. The colors on the 360 version are darker (which looks great), while the PS3 version is more natural (which also looks great).
PS3 games are going to have on going sells. There are just wayyyy too many games to try to get at one time.

Has anyone else noticed that they list the game for 64 players?
I know it's 32 players, but is that two teams of 32 player or did they make a mistake?
I've stopped buying them. Every game is a FPS nowadays. I want an action game like ninja gaiden or god of war. A adventure game like Uncharted or Tomb Raider. Anything other than shooters.
I think it's because online games are the big thing, and they don't know how to implement online with these games without breaking the gameplay. Just do co-op until you find a way for online.
The PS3 has already caught and well on it's way to surpassing the gamecube which only sold 21.5 million consoles.
First of all the gamecube did have great exclusives, its 3rd party games sucked for the most part. I played Super Smash Bros Melee and Super Monkey Ball for years on the gamecube, and I enjoyed them. I also play Capcom vs. SNK, Super Mario Sunshine, The Legend of Zelda Collection Disc, The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker.

Honestly it doesn't look that bad graphically. It looks like they took the back drops of the Budokai series, and added a clunky realistic character model in place of the original sell shaded anime characters.
Though I wouldn't hold my breath on this game being any good.
How did it get a 7.9 out of 10 when every category scored an 8 or more. Shouldn't the score be no less than an 8?
Qore isn't bad, but its not great either. There should be more stuff included in it.
The FEAR 2 demo is great, and is very refreshing after being bombarded with billions of FPS (it's plays like a FPS, but the atmosphere of the game takes you out of that another FPS mind set).
Unacceptable at this day and age.

I almost forgot about this one. I had it on gamecube and it was great. They also need to make Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
As far as fighting games having a bright future I don't see it, unless they 1. Bring back old franchises, 2. Make new franchises, and 3. Bring them out ASAP. Over the last 3 years there have only been a handful of fighting games, and only a few of those were good.

I can see it becoming a Ninja Gaiden clone, they are going to have to really try hard to find a way to keep the same feel of Strider if they make it 3D, and if so what system(s) would it come on. Wii ssems like a good fit with the motion controls, but then again Capcom has all their big hardcore title on PS3 and 360 so???
That being said I wish they make another one too. Along with Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and I think they should re-work all their old game like they did with Bionic...
