It's no wonder that Insomniac is one of the best places to work. Ted Price is a really down to earth cool guy.
So they're making another three games based on the marines? Hopefully it'll turn out okay and not suffer like Star Wars Episodes 1-3.
Maybe it will be a prequel. I don't understand why they need to make another Halo though. It was different with Metal Gear Solid 4 since there were a lot of questions unanswered in the previous games. MGS4 wrapped it all up pretty nicely. Halo 3 did that for the Halo series, so what's next for Halo 4?
Is it for the fans or could it be a sign of troubled waters for the 360?
EDIT: MGS4 was also needed to push consoles, no one can deny that. But Halo 4 isn't going to ge...
I noticed that too. I think their forums either went down or their internet was lagging and couldn't bring up any questions.
I love how there's a red explosive barrel just right there.
I saw Fat Princess for the first time today and it looks pretty fun. For those of you who do not know what it's about:
• You can choose Classes: Warrior, Archer, Mage, Worker, Priest (you can customize looks)
• You can gather Resources. You use it to Upgrade things like your Weapons and Fort.
• 32 players Online. The game is also playable offline.
• The Goal is to rescue back your princess from the opposing teams fort. Since the opponents has stuffed her so fat ...
"The price is kinda too high for a four hour game but if you are a die-hard fan of Tools of Destruction, there is no reason for you to pass this game up."
Going by that logic, a $60 game should be at least 16 hours then to be worth it, but we all know that this is not the case in a lot of the current games. So $15 is not bad at all for this game, especially since it has high production values.
and while you're here Bloodmask, can you explain something to me that struck me in your profile:
"I have a great disdain towards Sony fanboys. I do not understand their bizarre emotional attachment to their console. I will try to be a positive influence to N4G."
Why do you have "great disdain" towards PS3 fanboys, but not X-box 360 fanboys who also have a bizzare emotional attach to their console?
I don't think he said it in response to the rumors or as an attack on Xbox. I think he said it because it's part of the PS3 talking points and rhetoric.
and FF13's engine was built to be multi-platform so null point.
Some other N4G user said it was $20. Ripten says it might be around $10. I would pay around $10 for it, but not $20.
He's a good public speaker, but it lacked excitement or suspense.
Primary: Scout
Secondary: Medic
Goal: run around healing teammates without being seen
Primary: Saboteur
Secondary: Tactician
Goal: disguise self as an enemy and call air support on them
I'm digging this system. I love it. It's like TF2 but more in depth.
Wow what was that thing wearing the hooded cloak and seemed to have some kind of force field around it. Looks awesome. I'm really digging the character models. The guy with the sunglasses and the bandanna looked awesome. Does this hint that we can customize our character in the multiplayer?
The news about the PS3, PSP, and PSN were very exciting for Sony consumers, but part of the problem I think was Jack Tretton. He's not that great of a public speaker. I did not feel engaged or excited because he did not engage us or make anything suspenseful. His introduction of all the games were very abrupt. He could have played with the audience a little when announcing when the movies would hit the PS Store, but he just went right into it. A simple pause would have made it ten times more ...
1. It's harder to port from 360 to the PS3, but they are slowly getting there. Plus a lot of the flagship games on the 360 are owned by Microsoft in one way or another. But Bioshock is coming, others will follow.
2. FF is not the only exclusive the PS3 has left. LBP, KZ2, R2, MAG, DC Universe, that assassin mmo, and that one with the guy shooting electricity, I forget what it's called. And that's to name a few.
3. For Square, it was always about the money. But I ag...
Will it cost more on blu-ray? I'd rather have a physical copy. Place it next to my copy of RC:FTOD

XBOX360 the best!
Take it to the Open Zone.
Current X-box 360 owners may have grew up with a Playstation 1 and Playstation 2 along with FF7 and beyond. So who are we to deny them a chance to play FF13 on the next-gen consoles?
We all already knew that the engine was going to be multiplatform. Square has a history of changing consoles and following the money (perfect business sense). Remember, FF7 and FF8 were also on the PC.
Stop all the bickering. You may be a PS3 loyalist, but remember, you're also a Final ...
$15 dollars for 4 hours, not bad. That does not include subsequent plays either.
That second screenshot left me breathless. It almost looks like a real picture. Glad to see that the graphics did not have to suffer in multiplayer. And hopefully they'll have a lot of character customization. The guy with the glasses and bandanna over his mouth looks awesome.
