There's a lot of people who have cancer and are trying to live normal lives, but it's disgusting how this guy exploits it (if he even has it). It makes me sick.
It's pretty obvious he doesn't have Diablo 3 and if people can't wrap their heads around it, then I feel sorry for them.

I tried turning down the saturation in the screen shots. Still looks campy, but irregardless. If Blizzard doesn't change the design, I'm sure everyone will adjust. If they don't want to play D3 just because they don't like the artistic design, then they'll probably be missing out. The game play will be great either way.
There's no doubt in my mind that Diablo 3 will be fun and give us many many hours of addicting game play. However, I don't like the new artistic direction either. I miss the dark, Gothic, gritty look. The previous Diablos has a more desperate, survivor-horror, everything has gone to hell atmosphere.
For the same reasons, I don't really like StarCraft 2's graphics either. It looks too campy.
Maybe Blizzard can just use a color filter similar to early builds of Metal G...
Great news that 2.4 is out, but I hope they get in-game private/cross-game chat implemented soon. That's all I really wanted.
While I have no doubts that the game will be fun and give us many many hours of joy, I must agree. I liked the previous Diablo games because they were very gritty, dark, and gothic. It had a survivor-horror type atmosphere to them.
Perhaps Blizzard could just apply some kind of filter similar to how Metal Gear Solid 4 had that yellowish filter way back then. If not... my video card drivers have some settings where I can make a game black and white, matrix green, or other filters....
