@1.12 Jenzo:
By your logic then, Nintendogs (40/40) is better than Halo 3 (37/40). See how stupid that is? How about you make the Open Zone your default comment section because you obvious have a bias against the PS3.
Haha, I just realized that because the title of the article was long, it reads: "Gametrailers.com MGS4 Launch Center and Review ..." leaving out the countdown.
How misleading...
So some of those guys had screenshots of the boobs before they patched it and were thus enabled to send photographic evidence of tampering... I wonder what they used those screen shots for.
I agree. I thought religion was supposed to be tolerant and accepting of people regardless of race, religion, etc. So what heck?
I hope the analysis is for making the in-game textures/graphics better and not for making bullshots.
EDIT: Never mind, saw the 'wallpaper' part.
They need to stop complaining and wait until the game becomes public, then they can review the game at their hearts content. These "journalists" need to stop whining. I'm sorry that journalism didn't turn out to be the ideal that they portrayed it to be when they were in college, but most jobs never turn out the way you think it does. So suck it up like every other American.
I apologize for the rant. It just seems like every time there is a controversial issue at N4G th...
On a hot day, you can fry an egg on the sidewalk too, so what is the point of this video?
Another one of these?
Dude, just calm down for a second and re-read what I said. You missed the point completely. Even journalists embedded with our troops in the War on Terror are imposed limitations.
But that's for another discussion, the point is, MGS4 is not public property yet, it belongs to Konami. If Konami wants to share their intellectual property, they have the right to placed restrictions as per a non-disclosure agreement sort of thing.
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) (often k...
I like your guy's dedication to journalistic integrity. America really needs good media. But I'll say it again:
The thing is, right now MGS4 is intellectual property. EGM will have their freedom of speech, when MGS4 becomes public. If they want an advanced copy, I think it's perfectly fine to have restrictions placed on them. It's kind of like a non-disclosure agreement between businesses.
and EGM knows this, this is why they are waiting. It's not like they will be c...

Honestly, with the vast majority of MGS4 fans welcoming 90 minute cutscenes and the vast majority of PS3 owners okay with installs, I don't think it would be an issue. Maybe EGM doesn't see this and they feel like it's their manifest destiny to warn unsuspecting gamers of these "downfalls."
@Superfragilistic
If journalists can't be silenced, what if they spoil the entire story?
Don't forget the 16 or so people who got to do the Konami boot camp where they played the entire game. I think they were allowed to review.
I enjoy WW2 flight sims more because there aren't any homing missiles.
They try too hard sometimes to be funny that it fails.
I was thoroughly disappointed. I was really hoping there was a GTA4 patch to polish the multilayer. I read it anyway, not that funny.
Business, politics, and corruption.
These 13 days feel like the Cuban Missile Crisis. So packed with emotion, desperation, anxiety, and suspense.
He slept with the Chief Editor.
Highly poor job at trying to discredit the greatness of MGS4. Why are some people so sad sometimes?
And what a tool. He just took a bunch of negative quotes from the reviews to support his view and does not talk about any of the good aspects of the game. It's so hypocritical because he's the one complaining about bias in the PSM reviews. Hypocrisy = no credibility.
I could easily make an article and take only positive quotes about MGS4 and ignore some of the negative...
