What else did you expect? This site is pretty much a circlejerk station for anything Naughty Dog or Sony related.
This article tells us nothing. Obviously we're bound to get more Rockstar games in the future years. Personally, I think we'll see Agent before we see a new Red Dead.
For a company that has 8 studios and a staff of over 900, their production rate is awfully slow. Yes, Rockstar makes among the most high quality games in the industry, but with all that raw manpower and dev time, you'd expect to see a Rockstar game sooner.
Can you believe it's be...
Looks good. Hopefully they pull it off.
This is very unimpressive. As always, the crash effects are never procedurally generated. Instead we get preset scratches and dents.
My interpretation of the driving mechanics are my own. In my opinion, I find the driving in Driveclub unenjoyable and awkward, and to me, that is a flaw.
It was enough for me. And I never said I played it for "a couple hours." I said several hours. I play it occasionally whenever I come over my friend's house, he's hooked on that game since he's a big exotic cars fan.
You don't have to be sorry for anythng, lol, I just don't enjoy the game that much.
Oh look, another boring tech demo to walk around in. It's cool seeing a glimpse into what can be achieved in the future, especially with high-end graphics cards, but these are getting redundant.
Sorry that my opinion is different from yours. I've played the game for several hours then I simply let my friend borrow it. He still didn't return it to me but I couldn't care less.
I tried to enjoy the game, I really did, but after I was done admiring its pretty graphics, I couldn't have fun with the actual driving. It's literally a glorified tech demo; people justify their appreciation for the game all based on its visuals. Every article on N4G related ...
So true. The Playstation fanboys on N4G will defend Driveclub to death since it's a PS4 exclusive. They can't see passed the good graphics and admit how mediocre and boring the game really is. 90% of the reason why people here have a predilection for the game is because it's an exclusive. I never see people formulate arguments on why the game is even decent outside of its aesthetics.
Literally all it has going for it are good graphics, running at 30fps mind you. ...
I'm not sure how I feel about this game right now. New Orleans is in the deep South, I personally think Miami would've had a better atmosphere for crime.
Looks like Driveclub is still king of racers at a visual standpoint. I gotta admit, they set the standard high with that game.
However, I feel all the praise and comparisons for the game's graphics are just mere distractions from the sheer mediocrity of the game. I'm sorry, but I can't get into Driveclub. The driving physics can't decide if they want to be realistic or arcadey, so what we get are cars that feel awkward and floaty on the track.

By legal bounds, Rockstar owes Sony absolutely nothing. Sony sold their publishing rights for LA Noire to Rockstar; in return, Sony expected the game to be a PS3 exclusive, but it ended up becoming multi-platform. It wasn't until 2007 when Rockstar and Sony secured a partnership to produce a game exclusive to the PS3. In 2009, that game was revealed to be Agent.
In a 2011 E3 interview, Jack Tretton claimed that Agent was still in active development; however, he wasn't...
They don't owe Sony anything.
The hyperbole surrounding this game is ridiculous. Obviously the game's not in early development; it's been in development for over four years and is getting released this Spring.
If you expect significant changes in graphics in the next year then you're blind.
It wouldn't be called Red Dead Redemption 2.
It would technically be the third one. I don't get how people still don't know that Red Dead Revolver existed.
Ubisoft, stop showing us your unrealistically good prerelease graphics. A downgrade from you morons is inevitable. It's 2015, you ain't fooling no one... we've all seen Watch Dogs.
So, this is essentially an outdoorsy The Division? Haha, probably made just incase The Division flops, this will be their backup game.
God, Ubisoft is so pretentious. These accolades mean nothing if no one's actually played the final game yet! They did the same thing with Watch Dogs and we all know that story...
Nope. 3D platformers just aren't hot anymore. Naughty Dog is more focused on delivering cinematic experiences with strong narratives. I do hope they reconsider Jak 4 though, I was a big fan of the original PS2 trilogy.
Max Payne 3 has the best hip-firing, easily.
