Rockstar New York also works on GTA, including GTA V. A bunch of their subsidiary studios contribute to each major game they produce. Anyways, this rumor sounds like a bunch of BS, but I wouldn't doubt their plans for multiplayer. They're borderline obsessed with it, and I fear it might tarnish the series.

Unfortunately we've learned that with GTA V, Rockstar's developed a rock-hard obsession over multiplayer. I don't understand why they're so glued to it. Is it because of the mass revenue generated by shark cards? Is Take 2 really on their ass? Or is it something personal for Rockstar, to make "the boldest and most ambitious multiplayer experience out there!"
