Why so many disagrees? Surely those people should know the difference between a remake and a remaster.
How is this game still $60 on last-gen?
Why not both? I mean, Rockstar's already invested two years of half-assed GTA Online updates. Maybe it's time singleplayer gets a little love.
Not just that. It's been TWO YEARS since the game's initial release back in 2013 and we've still seen nothing.
Looks pretty lame. I love how they tried to make the game look all dynamic in the trailer, when in reality the traffic diversity is awful, there are nowhere near as many vehicles on the road or peds.
I just don't see Bloodborne winning, that's all. Witcher 3, MGSV, and Fallout 4 will be the big three this year. They're all heavy hitters.
I'm sure Bloodborne will receive some GOTY awards from minor outlets though.
Not my point. Bloodborne is nowhere near as good as those other games.
Yeeeeahhh... Bloodborne isn't worthy enough to even be on the same list as those other games you mentioned, let alone receive a GOTY award.
GTA V had the best "remaster" but it wasn't even a remaster. You can tell the game had a different build for current-gen and PC.
Kojima cannot contain his ego.
I absolutely loved The Witcher 3, it's my game of the year so far! Definitely looking forward to the expansions this fall.
Ehhh... No, it's not a masterpiece in my eyes. The game's great, definitely the best stealth action game ever made - hands down - but I really wish the narrative was stronger. You can spend hours doing missions before a cutscene will play. You hear most of the characters' dialogue via the iDroid, so it can feel pretty detracting from the story when you never get to see the game's main characters much.
So far it's a 9/10 for me, but I'm not even halfway...
So very true.
You just started a war by saying that on N4G. I wish you the best of luck.
People give Naughty Dog too much credit for the littlest of things. This is just trivial at this point.
My PSN ID is Doctor-Fry, feel free to add me :)
So it's overrated because it has poor frame rate on your platform? Okay...
How so? Left Behind was laughably disappointing and short. But hey, at least I got it for free since I got TLOUR.
"It actually feels more alive to me than Witcher 3's open world."
Just... stop. We all know that's not true. The game's open-world has like no substance. It was just a way for Kojima to spice up the series, using it as a backbone to approach and infiltrate bases more seamlessly.
It's a good game, I'll give it that, but to say that its open-world is more lively than The Witcher's is something even the biggest MGS fans would he...
Better than Bloodborne's stale combat at least.
