As an owner of both and PC I prefer to be able to play games and play them with all my friends. Not shun some of them for picking one over the other. I may prefer certain platforms for certain games but I don't need to cuddle up to a corporation to help journalists perpetuate the gap between gamers for relevance. I also don't need to line the pockets of these greedy corporations by marketing for them. I think paying them for their console is enough. They work for me now.

It's like people are not content with a good game or with their favorite console doing better. It has to stop any other console because they say so... ridiculous.

One thing about this game that I noticed is how incredible of a job the actors did with this new or old language. To hear they sat and studied makes it so much better. It's a great game with some very dedicated voice talent. It's hard not to want to talk like it when I play. Very cool stuff.

Exactly and if they are doing another it might be best to stop by SONYS top devs to see how they will code for PS4 if they are talking about making the new Alan Wake multiplat. Right? Which would explain why they stopped by naughty dog.

While physical is still a thing digital is growing exponentially on consoles. Both of the leading consoles push digital more as well. Day One pre orders etc.. Watch the ads for these consoles they tend to push it more these days.
PC gaming still has people buying physical games but not nearly as much as consoles. I think the thing to be surprised about is how much more console gamers are going digital. More and more each day. 90% of my games are digital now.
Most people are doing digital these days, but both the consoles services need to get their act together if we are headed this way.

That would be a great point if both the consoles had the same OS, BC, Social Features, controllers, games, online stability, friends etc. They don't though. People don't always buy a car based on its engine.

That's a good point about the PC community. Everyone was completely upset about their last attempt. Now they are giving us these games and people are still not happy.
One thing I adore about what they are doing is Cross Buy. This should be a thing for every publisher. I should be able to play my game on ANY device I want. Especially since I game on multiple. I should NEVER have to pay 2 or 3 times to play a game I already purchased.
