Good luck with the 360. They only have a 30% failure rate.
I don't get why the issues with the 2.4 update hurt sony so much. They quickly realized the issue, pulled it so it wouldn't do harm, and quickly got back to work. They flawlessly executed the emergency move. Sony deserves some credit for that. They could have just denied the problem and say it was all in peoples heads.
What shortage?
Kojima wants his games to be the best they can be. So multi-platform is always out for him. And all his fans have PlayStation's so it's safe to say it will be exclusive.
The game are still really good though. AS long as quality is still present, and the games don't feel milked, then its fine.
Ya I know Resistance is blowing Gears out of the park.
dude, go read a book about computer technology and then say that the ps3 is weaker than the 360.
You could buy a $1500 gaming rig that can do everything, or a $700 rig that does everything else except for gaming. And then you can buy a 360 that has most would be pc exclusives on it, for $350, soon to be $300, for $1050. Only a hardcore pc gamer would go with the gaming rig.
whats the last actually game they released? One that's not an expansion? WoW in 2004. It will be five years, unless something miraculous happens, that they've gone without a real game. I love Blizzard, and how they put all their games out with awesomeness and polish, but things need to get moving faster. Blizzard is PC gaming, not valve, not Epic. PC gaming relies on them. They should find a way to get things done like they always do, just a little quicker.
Citizens shouldn't be mad at the game industry for fighting for the first amendment. They should be mad at the government for putting up an obviously unconstitutional law.
The only problem is that Gaming pc's can destroy your wallet. And the cheap ones are not so good, since they all come with vista that takes all the power for itself.
I know Blizzard takes time to put quality in their games, but they need to get to get working on these games. You can't be the best developer if you don't put out any games.
So is refurbished going to be said on the box or are they going to screw over consumers even more?
That cost you how much?
The problem with pc gaming is that nowadays you can't buy a normal computer and expect it to play games. If its not designed for games, then it won't play them well. That totally kills the casual market for gaming. Most pc developers develop games that require too much power for an ordinary computer to handle. And then to make it worse, the pc average requirements for a game are going up to quickly. And to make it even more worse, our economy is blowing balls right now, and Gas company execs ...
We've seen WW2 guns. We've seen WW2 environments. We've seen WW2 soldiers. We've seen it. Putting the game in modern day lets them be creative, and not be constricted by history.
They both suck. Stop making WW2 games. Been there done that.
There's probably something to counter it, harder enemies or something. And it can always be taken out if they want.
How bout its not done and we've haven't even seen 1% of the game yet?
