Yeah most if not all retailers mainly do bundles.
Luckily being in the UK, we only have 1 main console supplier called GAME UK, most other retailers will all do the console on it's own.
I picked mine up from Argos on launch day after some well timed F5'ing
Sims 4 is one that i do not have lol, i have the following :-
Train sim world
PC building simulator
Farming simulator 19
On the road truck simulator
Bus simulator
I have not included the likes of goat simulator, cities skylines etc
and i am going to soon get car mechanic simulator, and truck driver (really holding out for euro truck simulator 2 on xbox)
I disagree, i own 5 simulation games on xbox, and this will have full mouse and keyboard support.
Sony offering their own movies (3 movies), as part of the sub, for a trial period.
Would be good for some movies to be included with the sub, to add more value. They are "free" offerings for current subscribers. Something we do not get on xbox, although i have had 1 or 2 gifted movies from xbox, i would personally welcome some free movies included with a sub.
I had 3 xbox 360's (and still have 1)
1 - Original launch model - RROD - replaced for free.
2 - Replacement model - disc drive failure (5 years) - replaced for £80, sold for £100.
3 - Current xbox 360 S - still in working order.
It is growing and growing, only improving the value of the service.
Like all other interest based credit options for literally anything.

No, it is just this batch, they are just allowing the gamers that can not afford the upfrontal cost, to have a chance of getting one if they want. Failing that, just order from somewhere else?
Oh i know it is not an attack on xbox, just before the bashing barrage begins, advising people it is standard for most if not all analog stick controllers lol.
I don't think they will ever erase it completely, but they may be able to like you say, use different/newer parts to at least reduce the issue.
Surely, those that are not interested in gamepass, will not be interested in this particular bundle then?
It is just an option, if you do not want gamepass, just get the console standalone

Not really, i've just preordered it for Series X, gamers normally buy games that are not in with the subscription.....
I just went by the article buddy, and when the lawsuit was filed April 2020, there was only mention of the xbox one controller, they may well be the same, but until the lawsuit refers to Series X controllers, then we will have to presume they have corrected the problem.

These lawsuits are for all controllers, xbox one, ninty's joycon, and the ps5 dualsense.
Arbitration clauses are so us as consumers can not make a claim against the manufacturers about issues with controllers.
