Xbox fans do not get disappointed every year, Sony fans just assume they are.
Just like everyone and their dog knows that the first commenters to appear here, would be Sony downplayers.
They will be crying in their cornflakes after the show
Nicee.............
@SlothLordPootus
"Obviously they are trying every possible avenue to push users to GamePass."
Please explain how having poor (for some, not all) games on GWG, pushes gamers to spend more money subscribing to a different service?
i'll wait.... (this should be fun)
"Maybe people complain because they're paying for the service."
You do not pay to receive GWG, you pay the sub to play online, that has always been the case, no xbox gamer on earth pays a monthly sub, just to receive games with gold.
PS Plus offers better, because they have no competing service for gamepass.
If you think Sony would continue to offer stellar free games every month, if they had a service akin to gamepass, then people really are deluded.
"Complete S%$t"
Say Sony fans
Covid is just the de-facto excuse to detract from the truth.
Game development can still be completed even through the pandemic, otherwise every single title would be delayed.
Like all these companies going bust, they all say "because of covid" even though they were in financial ruin years before covid existed.
You believe Xbox's game drought is down simply to developers not being able to go to the office? I'd say it is...
Halo Infinite was delayed because the trailer received backlash.
Note how they say "multiple factors" Covid is just thrown on the end.
Any others? or just that one?
Which xbox exclusive has been delayed due to Covid?
I don't think Covid is affecting many game development projects. They would have just continued their work remotely. I've not heard of many games so far that have had major delays.
I'm going to take a stab at a Novemberish 2021 release, to compete with the sales of Halo Infinite.
This is one of the games that peaked my interest back when the announcement was made.
I am predicting a showing at E3, this is the start of the build up.
I'll revisit this after they show the game at E3, because it will be shown.
Exactly, so what does it say about how well Microsoft have improved, when it is outselling it's predecessor just a bit less than 2:1, and the 360 sales counted in some RROD figures?
Not to mention the 360 was readily available on shelves, and the Series is still suffering shortages.
I would say it is in course to be their most successful console.
Would you look at that, the 360 may have been selling more per week at the same point, but the Series is selling better overall than the 360, the most successful xbox ever, even after factoring in a component shortage, RROD, it is still outselling overall.
"Gap change in latest month: 18,382 – X360
Total Lead: 1,906,261 – XSX|S
Xbox Series X|S Total Sales: 4,814,160
Xbox 360 Total Sales: 2,909,899"
...
No, Native Series X games install and run offline perfectly fine with no issues. This is detailed even in the youtube video.
The issue lies when you are trying to run games on a new console, with no authorisation of the license, put simply it won't work, no matter what platform your doing it on.
It only became mediocre once ownership changed hands lol
It would be interesting to see the plaudits you would be throwing around if this was a Sony owned game.
The weather effects look incredible, and just imagine what the rest of the game will look like if this is just the clouds!!
I'm a gaming freak, i'm excited for all the shows :p
