There is value added DLC, and there is ripoff DLC. I know where Hudahudahuda is coming from I think - I totally avoid buying new games where I see the online store flooded with DLC around the same time the game is released. We all know that the game makers held out on content instead of going all out to wow us with providing all the material they have ready for the game on the disc at release time. It is a scam, and we know it.
I doubt I will play every one of the over 900 cars that comes with the game, let alone have any interest at all to download even more cars.
I predict GTA fans hoping for rocket packs are going to post all over the Internet how much this game "sucks". I think depending how much the GTA fanboys hate it will be a reflection of how good the game actually is.
It is not someone's perogative to not wear a seat belt. A driver's license is a contract between citizen & government, whereas the driver accepts the responsibility to obey the laws in order to obtain a license from the state to operate a motor vehicle on public roadways .

The game is set in the 1940's-1950's. Vintage centerfolds in the game...but really this is in-game advertising for Playboy, regardless of the vintage.

"Lack of gimick" as a reason to potentially fail? I don't think so. This game will sell because it isn't dumbed down with gimicks. What many gamers don't realize is that many motorsports enthusiasts who are not gamers are waiting to buy this game.

Totally, and has been a staple for gaming for over 30 years.
After finding a bunch of cars I like in a racing game like this, I tend to just use those cars over & over again, and ignore many others. It is neat that they have so many cars in this upcoming game, but many of the cars are pretty mundane, and not very impressive to me.
So, I can live with the same 950+ cars until the next game several years away, because I will probably move on to other games after a year or so anyway, even if they added a thousand new cars.
