Way to counter flawed logic with more flawed logic! It's like an endless round of hadukens!
Getting fairly sick of all these BlackOps stories clogging the front page. Would be fine if they had decent info, but most of them have been pointless, uninformative drivel.
Fail.
Being an Australian, i'm assuming that Gamestop is like EB Games, and I never buy games there. Always overpriced, useless workers, shitty range of games and peripherals, etc.
I buy all my games on Steam or from JB HiFi, or PlayAsia if I need to import a banned/gimped game.
Brilliant.
Shit really?
We must of missed where they MENTIONED THAT IN THE ARTICLE.
He was playing against some terrible players right there.
Sarcasm fail.
Sigh. I come Australia, i'm well versed in censorship, believe me.
What's even stupider about what Microsoft is doing is that they're obviously only doing it to compete with what Sony are doing. From what i've seen, the Kinect software seems to be months away from where it should be to make a bigger impact.
If they had of simply said "Ok Sony, you win this round", and gone back into their offices and gotten Kinect to where it really should be, included it as a major feature for their next console, they would stand to m...
Who cares? It's only America.
Tbh I don't think the Move will work that well with FPS's either. I've seen the videos and it just doesn't look as user friendly as a mouse and a keyboard for me. It may do a little better with RPG's but I still think it will have usability issues.
edit - I know, i've looked into it a bit. Just not my cup of tea I guess.
edit2 - killzowner, for me, it would have to be a step up from what I use to game, that being mainly a keyboard and...
Speaking from a non-fanboy pov, I initially was much more interested in Kinect because it's an attempt at something different, and it's a step in the right direction for home entertainment in general, not just games.
Move struck me as a pure gaming device, a fairly unoriginal one at that, but it will probably be more successful simply because it knows what's it's good at and is marketed towards that. But i'm really not interested in it at all.

Tbh (from memory) we never really found out EXACTLY what augs Anna and Hermann had, but i'll agree about the arm morphing from Jensen and the dude at the end. That shit is beyond ANYTHING in either Deus Ex game.
That sucks. Some of the best lols were to be had by dropping a care package on a camper on your team. That REALLY sucks.
Was a great lol quest.
I just finished the main story arc, fairly anti-climactic tbh. Still enjoying the game but didn't have that epic climax that FO3 did.
Fuck it's looking bloody good. Switching between 1st and 3rd person looks very smooth, still not sure if I like the take downs though, looks a little too much like an ultimate win button to me. But then again, punching through a wall to kill someone is freakin sweet.
I'm a couple of hours into it (on PC), and while i'm enjoying it, the story and characters just aren't grabbing me like they did in FO3, but it seems like this story is taking a lot longer to evolve than FO3's did, either that or it just goes nowhere at all. Either way, the game is still a blast, haven't had any technical issues either.
Yamato, people look down on him because he's a dickhead.

Sounds like the 7.5 was warranted to me.
Ah, that explains it.
