+ bubs for lols.
Tbh I don't know if they've designed any great tracks since the first game or two - grand valley, trial mountain, deep forest etc. But their recreation of real life tracks is absolutely amazing.
Haven't played since just before xmas, may have to go and pick it back up tonight.
Why would Sony gamers care about Kinect in the first place? I don't really think it's aimed at them somehow...
How do you have enough money to buy all the food those fat little kids will need after spending their entire life stuck in front of a tv? :P
@ Thrillreborn and Kenrocc - you both missed the point. Trust me, I agree, I know some absolute morons that went to college/uni. The "I went to college" thing was direct from HHG's mouth, not mine, in retaliation to people questioning his intelligence, and that was his way of demonstrating his intelligence. I just found it funny.
And as I said, he may be intelligent, not my place to judge. But when he acts as the moron he is on camera, that's all most of u...
Is like watching a blind man in a strip joint lol.
Um, what?
That's not what i'm saying at all. You're not making any sense.
A reactable is a camera inside a box, usually hooked up to an external computer, which tracks movement of cubes with patterns on them, and a projector is optional to show feedback on the surface. How you can compare that to a guitar or drum kit is beyond me. Yes, they're all musical instruments. But you're really comparing apples and oranges when trying to compare tr...
You don't get it at all.
A reactable does NOT "make sound" at all. I should know - I built one myself. All it does is control music software on a computer, or any other sort of software you want it to.
See my avatar? That's a fiducial, it is seen by my modded PSEye camera, sent into and recognized by reactivision (the software at the heart of a reactable), which then controls whatever music app you want it to via MIDI or OSC.

This is another reason why the tech could be very cool. As other's have said, it's a shame that M$ released it, as it's been put forward as a gaming device when the potential is there for it to be so much more.
When I saw the pic for the story I thought "shit, if this guy has an ass and legs like that, he'd be the ultimate trap". Total let down.
Try to pick up Hellfire. Hardest side scrolling shooter of all time imo.
I'm not a console hater at all. I am a predominantly PC gamer but have been playing on consoles since the NES and continue to do so (we have a 360 and a PS3 in the house, got the GF a Wii a while back). The bottom line is, PC gaming at its best looks better than any console game, both from a technical and aesthetic stand point.
If you think KZ3 is going to be the best looking game on any format, you're delusional. Take the fanboy glasses off mate.
As...
Well that's just, you know, your opinion, man.
Thank you Big Lebowski for giving me timeless quotes for times like these.
Generally when you say you're going to pull an argument apart, you do so. To do otherwise is just a tease.
Terrible, terrible article.
OT - Kinect is worth it, not for the games, but for the modding capabilities. Same reason I bought a PSEye.

Music is shit but the idea is there.
I'm pretty sure Black Ops doesn't have an apostrophe either.
It would probably help if he gave some evidence of that.
The only evidence I heard was a few vids ago where he said "I went to college......for a semester. I did reading." Really?
If he wants to pass himself off as a moron, that's fine, but he has to be prepared to cop the flak from that.
There really was a lot of scratching wasn't there?
OT - "I heard i'm black". Couldn't stop loling.
It's a good idea, but terribly executed. You've turned a really good idea into a terrible clip show with a liberal smattering of your own special brand of self advertising.
Oh well.
I don't know if the author said at any point this only happens on Home? I think we all know that stuff like this isn't limited to any one particular game/social network - it's still funny to watch how sad nerds are though.
I played through it yesterday - lots of fun, great jokes and puzzles. Only thing I didn't like was the length, but being an episodic release that wasn't a huge surprise.
