Soon this kind of stuff will be all there is to N4G. It was good while it lasted! (Well at least parts of it were anyway.)
After how so many reacted to the initial release, it's fair to say that we don't deserve anything.
Wow, and to think I literally had it tucked on my arm on the way to the city dump as I was briefly checking N4G. Dodged a bullet there! -_-
I mean we are talking about the average video game public; not exactly a group of rocket scientists here--just a mass collection of knuckle-dragging troglodytes stuck in early psychological development stages.
In his own head he is. Who really takes that hack seriously?
Despite it's flaws, Halo: The Master Chief Collection remains one of the strongest exclusives. Otherwise, Sunset Overdrive really takes the cake for the best Xbox One exclusive. I often think about looking for a cheap used Xbox to give it another whirl.
When it comes to this game, I think a lot of people should genuinely try to imagine what it would be like for a major corporation to take serious interest in your passion project run by a very small team--then have yourself thrust onto national television programs and become one of the most desired works in years with hype that rivals few.
I do feel let down by the studio in a way, but I think they were blind sighted by some seriously massive dynamics they couldn't und...
I haven't played that one. To be honest I neglected CoD for years until I decided to buy a handful of the recent ones to see where the series is. They're awful, purely awful. People want to say Everyone's Gone to the Rapture and What Remains of Edith Finch are walking simulators? Modern CoD campaigns are the epitome of that.
I did recently play the multiplayer of BLOPS III and it was very clear where they're spending their effort. I think it's probably better to j...
No it's not; CoD campaigns are awful; better they focus on the real reason people play it.
What's a "Formr"?
Ratchet is sold off to be used for testing the safety of cosmetics while Clank's main intelligence software is broken down and integrated into Alexa devices.
Resist streaming services of all kind. This is more money out of our pockets with nothing in return.
Their argument, as always, is that the inclusion of these kinds of activities normalizes it in our culture. Plenty to disagree with, but we should be clear on phrasing their theoretical orientation correctly in our responses.
I think they're playing a PR game to make people think it's being shut down, but they can't really do that unless they tried to attack everyone who has a server running the game.
I'm not sure if its the mod that's illegal or the fact that the mod makes use of IP. Either way, it can still be downloaded, it can still be played.
Good to see an accurate headline. Eldewrito has not been shut down--you can still download it and play it. Microsoft is just taking steps to end development and updates.
Did a child write this? Holy hell, this is kindergarten-level writing.
Pulitzer prize winning writing right here:
"However, the both-sided feedback brings much of a value to any table concerning AAA games."
God help us all. It is remarkable how utterly stupid, barely-literate and poorly educated gamers are.
No. They're robots and should be treated as such. Put them in their place.
This is very, very true. Microsoft really needs to use this opportunity to prove the vision of the Xbox platform as something that matters to gamers. I trust that they understand this, and I really hope they pull through. I've migrated predominantly over to PC as my primary platform with PS4 on the side, but I do genuinely love the Xbox brand when they're doing the right things. They really need to pay attention to what made them unique and differentiated them from other platforms, in...
Go get laid, dude.
