You would be absolutely right if you suspected Epic to take legal action against someone trying to profit off of their cultural contribution which they think is protected under the almighty essence of "intellectual property." As a result, this guy should sue them all the way to the bank.

As I've said elsewhere, these companies have to compete with a service (Steam) that is not only home to the primary library of most gamers on PC, but they're going to have to compete with the nearly 20 years of experience Valve has running a digital storefront.
