Yeah you can change that sort of thing. I just chatted with the reviewer and he mentioned he was speaking in terms of the physical appearance of the character and not transmogrification. I think he's going to put in a small edit in order to make it a little clearer and less confusing!

Look at when the Destiny content was announced. It's referenced in the article. They stated exclusive when in fact it was timed (like really timed, lol) and the truth came out shortly after the original announcement. Both parties are guilty of this and as a consumer I think it sucks. Just tell me what I'm getting and when and stop with the politics!

Yeah, it's different for everyone! I'd actually have a hard time making a list like this because as much as I come across the odd thing that pisses me off it's not ever anything too specific. Usually it's something more about how the game actually plays like a stupid design or control choice.
